Very happy about the service I received here. Needed assistance with a couple of things for my fur baby. I received assistance at the door. Very patient with me as I asked many questions. I spent a little extra just because of the service.

Went in for the very first time. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They loved on our new puppy and gave her treats to help us decide which ones she preferred. We will definitely be shopping here to get our essentials! We also utilized the self bathing station and it was so nice having everything provided and within arms reach!

The employees were so kind, professional, and helpful to my girl. Although, Chloe did steal a bone on her way out of the door. They caught up with the little thief, but she wouldn’t give up the goods. Fortunately, they extended mercy and we weren’t locked up!🤣🤣

From entering a to exiting the store the staff is so friendly and welcoming as if you’re family and they’re very knowledgeable when you ask a question I live in Memphis Tennessee and I had been going to Hollywood Feed for years but 5 months ago I was shopping in Southaven Mississippi and I decided to go in to check this location out and I haven’t stop going yet Ms Savanna is so patient and amazing my mom and I take our fur babies to get groomed every month thank you Ms Savanna and staff

I like going here, especially when they have the dog food I buy, B1G1. It’s a new younger girl there, she is very friendly & helped me get 4 bags of dog food to the car & she carried 3 LOL ( I had just left PT) & they are usually knowledgeable and friendly.

This was my first visit. The store was extremely neat and organized. I was greeted by Carson when I entered. Multiple people asked if I was finding everything okay. At check out Carson informed me about a special that was being offered on an item I was purchasing. I had a great experience and will be back.

I called the 800 number for a training clicker toy the guy said he know no such thing we ended the call. He called me back (GREAT PERSON by the way)one minute later and apologize and directed me to the nearest Hollywood feed (Southaven, MS) for a training toy coachi bell 🎐 the people are so friendly so knowledgeable they are diverse and they help each other they have a stray cat on the back that they take care of as a family. I appreciate SAM for the knowledge about my new cats

The staff were great! They stepped right on in and helped me wrangle 5 puppies and an adult dog! I was relieved cause I was sweating hard! 😂😂😂Shoutout to the staff for everything and showering our puppies with enough love to distract them from the harness and leash they were being put into.

I always have an awesome experience whenever I come to Hollywood Feed, but this particular was better than all the rest. I had questions about fleas/ticks and Mr. Sam was so helpful. I bought the flea/tick for the lawn and cone to find out I had been doing it wrong the whole time, Mr. Sam explained to me the correct way. Whenever I come to the Southaven location, they’re always willing to help. Thank you Mr. Sam
