Price on products are not the same when you get to cash register.Example big bag of chips two for $6.50 are really $4.25 a bag at register. If customer not paying attention will get had at this store. False advertising is a crime if you are doing it on purpose. Cashier refuse to make it right even after showing her the sticker price on shelves. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Busy Saturday afternoon, nobody working the checkouts. Self checkout was only option, and that was a fifteen minute wait. Every retailer in town seems to hate their customers. It's mutual. I use Amazon for nearly everything except emergencies. I feel good about doing my part to contribute to the retail apocalypse. It's so well deserved.

Late afternoon today was the first time I have shopped in this location, and it was a very pleasant experience. A tall man went out of his way to help me twice. I just wanted him to know how much he was appreciated! I will be back.

I’ve been to this location twice in a one week and there was sign on the door saying will open at 8am the next day and then the next time I visited it stated will open at 10am. Bad business practice.

My coupons never work at this location so I always end up paying the full amount for things i only got because i had a coupons. Oh to be new they have no cash back and workers are no help. Tried to buy a electronic he didn't know where the keys were for 2 days🤔 Im going to horn lake rd from now on and they are 1minute from my house. But ill rather drive 8mins to horn lake dg.

Worst dollar general ive been to.All dirtyHardly anything on the shelves boxes every where.One of the workers was on the phone almost screaming to her boyfriend had to be with him, cuz of the conversation she was having.LolNo signs of what is on special.

This dg always remembers me and my youngest son. They are all so friendly and helpful. Ive always had a good experience with every dollar general. The only thing i would add is that i wish this one carried fruits etc

The customer service is really bad. It took over five minutes for someone to check me and my family of six out. I was fixing to go on behind to counter to check my stuff out. They need to get there act together.

Never enough cashers and the self check out works but looks like someone took a bat to it. Store used to be clean but over the last few weeks is starting to look as bad as the family dollar across the road.

New opening,great place to shop! For me it's go to first ! Seems they have just about everything!snacks,good Frozen foods , groceries, cosmetics,paper goods etc. Only thing I haven't seen is fresh meat.

The store closes at ten and the cashiers were ignoring customers telling them to go to self check out and started counting there banks at 930 an associate came out the back looked at me then got money out of the vault and went to the back. Finally some assisted me at 950 tiyell me they would restock the next day or later.

Ah the new dollar general next to my house I so EAGERLY waited for 😂 despite their growing pains these guys are doing the best they can, they haven't quite gotten in the flow of keeping shelves stocked, isles clear and self check working but just be patient they'll get the hang of it soon I believe in them 😂 sweet helpful staff and very clean 👍❤️

I love the other 2 Dollar General's around my area! BUT...this one ive been insidw twice an the 3 workers i have came across are juat rude.Just rude whn there ringing me up...Rude whn im askin a question..then rudw whn i brought back 3items...sorry..ill stick with the other DG!!

Hard to maneuver between aisles. There was merchandise still in boxes that needed to be unpacked and put on shelves. But the stocker apologized for the inconvenience.

My visit was okay and the aisles were hugely and disarray which made it difficult to try to find what I was looking for. I think they could use more help.

Every time I really need something there's a sign on the door thay they are closed. This place is never open when they say they are. Delivery guy can't even get in
