Super cool place! They could have more assortment, but it's a mom and pop ran store, so that's understandable! Super cool assortment of coral for salt tanks! Super cool salt water fish, too! They have a few freshwater fish, like guppies, and I can't remember what else. Cute little store.

Brandon is always amazing. He answers our questions without mentioning buying anything. We finally decided to buy after about a year of research and couldn't be happier. He informed us to wait for our newly set up tank to cycle. We had forgotten about this but he made sure to tell us again.Dallas is also great, Brandon was off and she got us set up with everything we needed to get our tank going.In the future we plan on getting a larger tank, so for now, we are starting with a 32 gallon.

Best selection of cichlids we have found within 3 hours of batesville. I wish there were some more options on freshwater fish but no complaints. The worker there was super nice. Will definitely be going back!

This was a great shop! My mom loves my saltwater tank so she came along with me and the kids to check this place out, 30-40 minutes later and I'm walking out with 4 new corals. Great shop, clean tanks, beautiful selections and the ability to get what you want ordered. A visit here and some time talking with brandon and now mom's ready to start her own reef tank. All my corals acclimated well, and all fully opened with 12 hours or less some before they even left their containers. I'll be back next week! One of the better or best selections for local coral in memphis area, cant wait to check it out again!

Decent place to shop but if you want fish, you need to get them on the day they come in. Sometimes there are prices on fish and other times you have to ask. They have a tank of coral that are not priced so it makes it hard to shop. If you ask a price and the owner is not there you may get "$30 or 40 bucks" as an answer. It would be nice to get the actually price and it be the same everytime you go.

I went here to purchase freshwater fish for a new tank. There was a lot of saltwater fish that looked great. There wasn’t much freshwater fish selection, but that isn’t my complaint. On the surface these fish looked healthy. Being new to the fish tank realm and reading all the great reviews about this business, I was expecting to learn about the fish I was buying. That did not happen. I bought 4 fish from the same tank. The female clerk did not even know the name of one of them. She also did not know what they were fed when I asked so she just had to guess and give me the food she thought they should eat. I also asked for a solution to help adjust my ph. She didn’t know if they had it, and pointed me to their chemicals to look myself.I am now home with my fish, but three days in, two visibly have ich now. Then I go back to the store to ask for some medicine to help cure the ich. A different female clerk is there, and when asked what they have to treat ich, she says “um it would be down there (pointing to the chemical section) if we have it”. Then it took her probably 5-10 min to even find the product in the system to charge me for it. Also, while I was patiently waiting I asked what a neat looking saltwater fish was - once again, didn’t even know the name of it. It’s also worth mentioning that I looked at the tank which my fish came from… ich infested now too.P.s. pretty sure these fish won’t make it. I’ve been treating the ich with the product they stock for 3 days now and very little improvement.

Will never be back in there. I walked in and the person that was employed there didn't say welcome in, hello, or anything. She was on the phone. I walked around for a minute and she never got off the phone so I left. Will never be back there again. People wonder why others shop online for things instead of supporting local businesses, well this is one of the reasons. Horrible customer service.

Brandon is a amazing guy with vast knowlege of the hobby, has very little fresh water, but his salt game is unmatched around here, tanks are healthy and thriving, corals are amazingly priced and healthy, dallas is a great girl with a spunky attitude, she is semi knowledgeable of the hobby but is learning more every day, this is just a great place for the hobbiest!

Was excited to find a local store selling aquatic antibiotics, was disappointed to discover the price. I don't mind (and understand) a slight up charge but double the cost of everywhere else is too much for me.
