Love this place. Veronica did a fabulous job of grooming my 2 standard Golden Doodles ! They were definitely over due for a grooming but she didn’t try to shame me, she is very understanding and friendly. Will not use any other groomer from now on. Ms. Bobby is also awesome.

They do a good job as far as service but every time I pick up my dog I notice how rough they are with the dogs. They also aren’t cleaning and sanitizing as they should, they put the dogs in the cages after another without wiping them down first, in result my dog came home with a flee, luckily we got it under control and noticed it. Mind you my dog has never ever had flees, I am very observant. It is also very important that they sanitize because there has been a virus going around with many dogs causing sickness and death. Will be finding another groomers for my dog to be going to.

They do an excellent job with my Shih Tzu. They are slow, but he comes back just as handsome as he can be every time. Even if we make an appointment, drop him off early by 8am, he won't be ready until around 4 maybe 5. I'd still recommend them.

We were in town for a mini vacation and brought our dog as a walk in. We dropped him off and picked him up earlier than expected. They did a good job for a fair price. Would reccomend.

Lady very rude and very unprofessional with saying she don’t book appointments she do early drop offs from 8-9 while SCREAMING hello in the phone .. it was very unprofessional I would recommend my dog being trusted until everything fall in place

Was given the recommendation to go here by the family I got my puppy from My puppy came home clean and happy. Ms Bobby did a great job. Everyone I talked to here dropping off a pet had nothing but great things to say. If you're looking for a groomer this is the place to go, just get here early. I showed up right at 8 and there was already a line (guess that was a good sign).

First time going and it was decent. They allowed me to email my dogs vaccinations which was perfect! And bring her in as a walk in. Only thing I didn’t like was they gave my dog a summer cut in the winter. And assuming whoever started cutting her didn’t realize she has hair and they skinned her in a spot. On the other hand they did a GREAT JOB at cleaning up her beautiful face. I would take my dog for another try.

The Veteranary at this place is knowledgeable about his needs as he developed into an adult dog. They keep me informed, when certain shots and other preventive medical issues are needed and he gets special arrention with this group of care takers, he needed his teeth cleaned At age of three years, his teeth needed attention. He's a beautiful hundred POUND German Shepard and Shepherd are especially attached to their master. I thought he was getting skinny but he actually got taller, he'll be a horse If he ever stops growing and these people that run this clinic they are meticulous with their level of attention and care.Southaven Animal Hospital on Hwy. 51 in Southaven MS, 38671..

The best groomer! Sweetest woman too! I use her and only her for my registered, alc/ckc ship tzu. She has a very difficult coat but actually loves the groomers. She thinks it’s a day spa I think lol. Always cut right and always well under what I expect to pay so I leave about 20-40 dollar tip for Mrs. Bobby when we come thru for a groom.

Took my dog in to be groomed. She shares her shop with Daphne's Pet Groomer. I've been using Daphne's for about 10 or 15 years. Always does an amazing job. Keeps my poodle looking cute. Very good with animals.

My yorkiepoo has anxiety when he's away from home but has no problem staying with Ms. Bobby, for the past year she always does an excellent job with my baby. My Polo dam near lost his eye here on Saturday July 8th 2018 didn't notice something was wrong until I got home. No one said anything when I picked him up. I'm so upset with Ms Bobby she should have told me what happened, but we will never return and if you're reading this please please don't take your baby to Bobby's Pet groom on hwy 51 they're animal abusers

Both of my 9 weeks pups were fluffy, flea free, and happy. The price was super cheap, as well as their shots. BUT I hate how afterwards there was so much after shave hair. I wish there was a way they could like vacuum them afterwards. The facility is disgusting. Animal hair covers the seats, caught in the fan, covers the plants that sit in the corner. It really will make you itch.
