Despite the heater not being on or not functioning at all, I am giving 5 stars to this particular store because of the staff (one female employee; manager was on duty but was in the back office area). I visited the store at 7pm which is an hour before they close. One other person was in the store when I arrived and approximately two other customers had visited during my visit this day. The store was mostly stocked and fairly kempt. It's Dollar Tree where everything is only $1.00 so no complaints on the prices lol. I went here for a chocolate craving that was getting the best of me. I found an entire isle of Valentine's candy along with another isle of candies and other sweet snacks in the grocery section of the store. Of course I found several other items throughout the store that I wasn't planning on purchasing but who goes to the dollar store and is successfully disciplined enough to get only the items they went there for?? Lol!! I was very pleased with the employee's performance in customer service, job performance skills, and her overall kindness. She seemed like a genuinely good person who is sweet natured and caring. I'm not sure how close to closing time it was but I was never rushed or even informed that I would need to hurry along so they could close for the day. I really need to retain my store receipts for these reviews so I can add the store number and employee numbers here for the purpose of store identification and employee recognition. I definitely recommend this store not only for the best prices around, but for the friendly diligent customer service here.P.S. They have greeting cards 2 for $1.00!! I think we should write notes/letters by hand and mail them "old school" through our postal service not only to support our American postal services but more so, to gift those we love and care for with the more personalized experience of our time and thoughts for them🎁😁💝

So my experience at the D.T in shannon wasn't all that great!!! Me and a friend arrive at 7:55 after we had googled to see what time it would close. And google said 9 pm.. But as soon as we enter the store this ladies husband or boyfriend hollers and says yall this store is closing you cant shop. Then she says no you have 5 minutes. My friend says well I thought you closed at 9pm. The employee says not tonight. So then I say well google says you close at 9. So I guess I'll be calling home office. Well we do the 5 minutes shopping then at the cash register I say, did you know google says you dont close till 9pm? She says yes and the door says that also. Then she says, but I'm here by myself. So I can do whatever I want to... lord I hope D.T has cameras or they might go in a whole on sales. Because if she can close

Good products good location in the town of Shannon Ms.only problem is some of the employees are rude an not friendly I have went to this Dollar Tree store on several occasions an its the same they don't speak when spoken to u ask them where something is they get rude.mangment need to hire happier employees who want to work the customer are their payroll
