I bought some hardware and grocery-like items although in both cases I needed help. No one was to be found in hardware and one of the people I asked about a grocery/cleaning item had no idea where it was located. I then wanted to make a garden center purchase. I could not get into the outside plant area from the outside even though I parked there on purpose (I had to go inside the store and all the way over and then to the outside plant area although entering there from inside the store). No one was in the garden center for checkout and when I found someone in the main store and asked them to call someone to the garden center for checkout they told me to take my plants (however problematic that was) to one of the main checkout lanes. I would avoid this store unless you have no other options.

I made an exception and used clerk check out lane, she made me regret that with her first words. She picked up my used blue Walmart shopping bags from the conveyer and with significant attitude asked me “are you going to use these”. As if anyone would place them on the conveyor for any other reason.Next time someone complains about self checkout, I will remember my most recent poor service at Walmart

There were only 2 cashiers at the time I was there but they moved the lines quickly. I found everything I needed except graham cracker pie crusts.

The grocery pick up is a joke. You’re better off going inside with 3 screaming kids. IF you can get them to answer the phone, it still takes 45 minutes for them to bring out the groceries. And 9/10 you’ll be missing items or get molded produce. I’ve used them several times (because shopping with 3 kids sucks) & every time something has been wrong.Edited to say, I stood at customer service for almost 15 minutes with no help while 3 young employees sat on their cell phones looking at me & another gentleman in line… we were told to “be patient” & “I’ll be right with you”.. only got help when we asked for a manager. this place is a legit joke.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I am in my 50s and was stranded and had to walk 1.3 miles to get to my semi truck. Asked them if they could put my cart with over $200 in groceries in the cooler (my local Walmart does it no problem) and I would come back for it(already paid for it). Team lead lady was rude and told me they could return the items but "she ain't giving me cash". I paid with a debit card and I know they can give cash back.

I picked up some Bacon that had a sell by date of April 4th. It's May 14. I asked a young man, stocking shelves if anyone was working in this area, and he went to look for someone. When the young man that worked in that area came out, he did apologize. I said I am sure there are more there, he said they would have to check. When they stepped away I heard him tell the other boy that I could have told him that. He proceeded to the back and never came back out while I was in the area. Sure, I could have, but he was busy doing his job.Check your dates people.

Senatobia Walmart has about 4 managers that need to be taught some real manners. They’ve been treating me with such disrespect that after todays rude episode(s) I’m calling corporate to complain. I spend mad money with Walmart & get treated like a thief every single time those managers are there. They recheck all my items & it’s embarrassing. But I’m sure more so for them since they always look so stupid after ringing all my stuff back up to find nothing is wrong & they are wasting everyone’s time. Heck one time there were 8-10 police officers waiting for me when I walked out. But what can they do when im doing nothing wrong. Btw they did nothing. They were confused to why they were even called. . Maybe they have me mixed up with someone else!! Idk but I’m done with Senatobia Walmart. Today was just too much over absolutely nothing. Haters!!!

Again.It’s a Walmart. This one is clean. Well lit. Orderly and while a super center somehow maintains a small store feel.Of course I avoid any busy time. Because. I can’t catch a charge.So. For a place that won’t let in less expensive options such as Aldi. Destroyed the local economy and anything resembling quality, controls local law enforcement and puts themself forth as the victim at every opportunity as it feeds on all our souls so that one daughter can have a free art museum in ARKANSAS of all places-I know some of what’s in there.They paying Sara Huckabee to not turn her Sauron’s eye on it.They’ll skimp on her before long. And she’s bad at math.And she’ll burn it to the ground and start the era of eat the rich-the irony will beyond her because she’s bad at basic math.

Walmart in Senatobia, ms gives me the hardest time while shopping. I spend a lot of money with this particular Walmart all while the workers treat me terribly. Especially some of the managers. I’ve had police called on me for stealing after some girl followed me around for at least an hr while I shopped. After going thru self check out, a manager sent me to a lane to so she could recheck my items, which everything was fine with my purchase-nothing stolen. I go outside to have about 8-10 policemen waiting for me!! Over nothing!! I can’t figure out why l these idiots have such an issue with me. I hardly go in there anymore since that incident.

The money center was actually open when they said they would be open. I went to the one in Hernando a couple weeks ago and it was closed at 7pm. It's hard to do business if your not open on the hours that are posted.

Every since I bought my truck I have taken it to them to rotate and balance my tires I’ve tried for two months now to get them to do so first they say my lug nuts are messed up but they have been the only ones to touch my truck and now there blaming it on the tires being in evenly wore that’s because they needed up my lug nuts and when taken to gateway tire they will not touch it because it’s Walmarts fault

Online pickup gave us molded oranges, she threw our egg's and stacked heavy items on our bread. The girl I guess can't read and went to the wrong parking space. Then the other girl goes why did you bring there's out... like we were next, and seems like pickup is getting worse. She wasn't even going to tell us about the free bag until my husband asked about it. Need to get some people in there who actually care.

They have the products that you want and need but lack in the area of customer service. They are too commercializesd for my taste. I prefer a warmer more personal shopping experience. They no longer represent nor implement the ideals Mr Sam Walton intended for the franchise, in my opinion.

The tire and lube center was very quick and efficient. Very reasonably priced. Guys were super nice as well. No over selling of things I didn't need like other places. I was ready to grab my SUV as soon as my shopping was done.

Receiving lady in the back takes 30/40 min to open the door. Only has one job and doesn’t even do it right. After ringing the bell a few times to get her attention when she does open has the worst attitude.

Literally one of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been to. They barely ever have anything in stock and rarely are they ever consistent with it. On top of that, I went to my car to go get my card after I scanned at self checkout (I was gone for like 5 minutes), came back and they started taking my stuff back. I informed the staff member that I would be back shortly and I had to go get my card, but when I came back it was, “they didn’t think you would come back, so they started taking back your meat and dairy.” I understand that this town has a college and is right on the interstate so everyone may not come back, but in the short amount of time that I was gone, that shouldn’t have happened. I had to go back and get what I had already selected, and scan everything again. I stayed calm about it, but I’ve been to walmarts in cities way bigger where this wasn’t an issue.
