Customer service stinks. If the Doctor Write a prescription who are you to deny the same patient the medication without contacting the Doctor. After sitting in line for 30 plus minutes to drop off the prescription waiting 30 plus more minutes to pick it up to having to call the Doctor myself and starting the process all over again 2 hours... yes will be looking for a different pharmacy because you don't deserve the 1 star given.

Have problems with this pharmacy ever since Tricare changed from Walmart to Walgreens. Have asked about picking up a prescription that I needed because I was going to be leaving town and told a certain day because my insurance would not cover it till a that date, which was just before my departure date, which would not have be a problem. Used the automated line and order my prescription and it said it would be ready for pickup the next day, just prior to my departure. Called the day of pickup just to make sure it was ready and told I couldn’t pick it for week. Asked why the automated line said it would be ready and was told “ you can’t believe that automated line”.Asked if I could pick it up at my destination city at a Walgreens and was told that “ we don’t know the laws of that state “. ?I’m going to check with Tricare to see if I can change pharmacies because it seems like this Walgreens doesn’t care . I never had a problem with Walmart pharmacy.

Quick in and out. Picked up my online photos and had a couple things I needed near the check out, one was a deal on paper towels buy one get 50% off. And moon pies lol. Cashier was friendly also.

Slow! It takes them a hour just to look at ur medicine and another ur to fill it. The line is always wrapped around the building. Go to Mays Pharmacy contact them at 5628550!!! They are faster and have better customer care!

Worst walgreens i have ever been to. Customer service is non existent. I have never delt with such rude pharmacy employees. I get multiple emails and text stating my prescriptions are ready. I drive 35 mins to this store and you wait an hr in line then they make some exscuse as to why the prescription is not ready. So now you have to get back in the line u just waited an hr in.This is every month not just a random issue. Unfortunately walgreens is all we have around here.

amazing costumer service. all workers are very nice and it’s super clean. i will always shop here!! great deals all the time!!! PLUS they have squishmallows sometimes and those things are amazing. it’s just more than a pharmacy.. you can find so many wonderful things here! they don’t sell clothes but if they did im sure they could mark off they sold everything you needed 🤩🤩🤩 i do wish they sold walgreens tee shirts!! i would totally buy one 💓

Worst pharmacy ever. People are very unprofessional. Took in 2 prescriptions, on the same page, they filled one and said they didn’t even notice there was another one. Took a day to get the next one because they are so slow.and always backed up. Will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Never left a review before as I am ready going.. .But they are the worst.. 15 minute wait turned into over an hour of getting in line to talk then or if line .. 3 times. . Ended with leaving and having prescription sent to different pharmacy. . . Oh so bad. . List my business for life.

Slowest worst pharmacy ever!! If I can't go in I'll be in the drive through for an hour if there are other ahead of me. They never have my prescriptions ready at the same time. I have to get one and wait an hour for another. They suck so bad !!!

On 9/4/20 I went to the store in senatobia ms. The pharmacy staff was rude as hell (nothing to compare to it) I refused my meds and asked for my prescriptions to be returned to me !!! the cost was 5 times the price of the next pharmacy I went toWalgreens wanted $147.56The next one wanted $39.49
