kind of messy, but good stuff. the employees are kind of unprofessional. one employee walked in 20 seconds late and the girl at the register gave him flack about it. he seemed very annoyed and I would be too.

Stood by the chickens and ducks forever and had someone called to come help no one would come help employees just keep walking by looking and not helping then someone else came up and got help immediately and they got the ducks I wanted horrible customer service lazy workers.Another reviewThe manager is money hungry and does not care about customers or their satisfaction will not be shopping at tractor supply again I will take all my business to local co-ops for now on I recommend no one go to the Senatobia tractor supply horrible place.

Just moved to the area and so far this has been the best Tractor Supply I have shopped with. I see a lot of bad reviews from a year ago apparentlythe owner is working on the mistakes as I have seen none of these issues.I will continue to shop here and update my findings in the future.

I’m usually pretty satisfied, but I was told that I could not buy propane at 7:15 because they closed in 45 minutes and the person that was helping with propane was pumping propane for someone at the time. Whatever that means??????

Ever since they opened this new Tractor Supply in Senatobia, I've been a regular customer since it's so close. I've always found what I needed and the employees are always ready to help. Very satisfied!

This store clearly does not have management online will state they have an item in stock you waste gas driving to get and they do not have it.This happens on a regular basis.They really need management.

When I walk in the door I could feel the friendliness. I ask where something was and was told nicely and asked if I needed help finding it. Well they didn’t have the lawn mower blades I needed so I checked out and left. Thought I would ask like I did at my hometown store if they would know when they could get the blades or if they could order them knowing they couldn’t because I was told they couldn’t special order stuff at my hometown store. They young lady said yes we can order whatever you need come on and I’ll show you. She ordered my blades for me and had them sent to my home so I wouldn’t have to drive back to Senatobia MS. The other young lady was very nice also but I didn’t get her name but Miranda gets two thumbs up from me. Thanks lady’s!!!

Horrible customer service the manager does not care about the customers and the employees dont know anything. Bad attitudes and lazy people here take your buisness elsewhere you will be disappointed and screwed over here at senatobia tractor supply and they will sell you sick chickens and not help you out when they die the next day because there money hungry every other tractor supply lowered there chickens to 25 cents and they want to sell there straight runs for a dollar still even knowing they are sick. Ive seen the employees spill a thing full of water on the chickens then laugh saying oh well if they drown they drown.

Cashier seldom if ever asks if I am in the Neighborhood Club. When I correct them, they don't go back and correct the purchase. Most of the employees seem poorly trained & most of the time customer service is bad.

Senatobia, MS Tractor Supply has some of the worst customer service. I’ve been in several times looking for different things, and no one ever seems willing to help. Not to mention, EVERY SINGLE TIME we come to fill our non- exchangeable propane tanks for our camper, there is never anyone around that is capable of filling them. Sorry excuse for management.

Had some complications with an air compressor that was damaged in shipping but thanks to Simeon Davis and the team we got it all straightened out and they supplied me with everything I needed to get the compressor going

The girl taking care of the ducks was friendly and seemed to really enjoy caring for them. The man at the cash register not so much. I came in to buy dog food, checked the dates and the bag I picked up expired in March of 2021. I took it to the register and told the cashier so no one would buy it accidentally and make their dog sick. He acted inconvenienced when I told him it was very expired and responded with a "yeah, so?" I wouldn't be surprised if it made its way back to the shelf.Long story short: check the dates on any consumables you buy here. 15 months past date still on the shelf is unacceptable.

Nice new clean store, it's a shame that it is run so poorly. One poor girl working as hard as she can as a cashier, people lined up to the back of the store. Where is the 2nd cashier? Where is the manager to have enough people to operate on a Saturday? I know there has to be people willing to work? It wasn't the cashier's fault, just not enough help. Where is the manager? Not the assistant manager who was loading feed, or the older guy trying to help customers... where was the manager? I'll just go to Batesville from now on.
