Today we had to make the decision that I would never wish for anyone with animals in their family. We brought our Ramona here to pass the Rainbow Bridge. My MIL works at the front desk and the crew here filled in for her so that she could be present in the room with us. The staff was compassionate and patient. They took the time to explain the process and allow us time through each step. This was not an easy thing to do, but I wholeheartedly feel that the staff here made her transition comfortable and they were gentle throughout the entire process. Thank you all for your compassion. You handled everything with such dignity. My heart is with you guys, for I know you experience this often. What you do, means the world.

This place is special. They accommodated me when I needed to have my precious be put to sleep. I did not know until a month later that they took her paw print and put it on a blank card and a signed card from all of them. Thank you so much for the kindness from the bottom of my heart and all my fur babies!

I had my cat groomed here. Def a five star rating!!! He looks so cute!! I was very impressed by the communication also by the groomer. She seriously did am amazing job. I know cats aren’t easy to groom so I really appreciated her and everyone!! Thanks Darien!! Thanks to the other staff I met too. They were great!!

My tiny Yorkie received very gentle , loving care. We have used them for years for our numerous pets. Dr. Meeks is great. Angie on the front desk is very sweet and helpful. The vet techs are kind with the animals also. Good place!

Amazing knowledgeable staff doing everything they can to save as many dogs and cats as they can. Adoptions include spay/neuter. Also if you would like to help you can foster or go to the shelter and walk some dogs or play with kittens.

We moved here almost a year ago. We have been using them since the move and have always had a good experience. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We have had 3 cats either spay or neutered and each experience was great. They have always called with appropriate updates and questions. They have always portrayed a sincere concern for our pets. Made an appointment. Took 3 minutes to get her shot. The receptionist was great. Didn't see anyone else. Payment by credit card was available. Plenty of parking. Area to walk your pup to do their business.

I took my puppy to get fixed.He has been home 3 days & doing great. This is the only place to take your pets. They are very professional & reasonable.My sister recommendated Senatobia Animal Hospital. The staff was extremely concerned & very helpful. I will use them from now on. A very friendly environment. They are caring and compassionate with everyone's fur babies. We seen Dr. Mark Slocum and he treated our baby very well and diagnosed him very quickly. He spent time answering all our questions and didn't rush us out. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Shots for the dogs were done with their usual high standard of professionalism. I've used this Clinic since we moved here 13 yr ago, and they have always set high standards and one would expect no difference today. The operation on Salley was highly successful in removing two lipomas from her side and rear of her chest. She responded exceedingly well, had little bleeding following surgery, there were no problems removing the sutures, and she continues to do well. She is 13 yr old and acting much younger once more. The quality of this group is exceptional, and they are why I've used them only while living here. R.B.L.

I’ve never had any issues from this facility UNTIL I tried to purchase my nexguard flea and tick care for my dog on Chewy. By it being a prescription it has to be approved by your vet! Only Senatobia Animal Hospital would not approve it because they said they needed to see her.( they have been my vet for 2 yrs) I called them To express my concern and my Dilemma letting them know that my funds were low and I needed to purchase the tick and flea medicine for my dog and my cat on Chewie because I was able to make payments. They would not approve it because they wanted me to bring her in. their response was they need a relationship with the dog and my response is you have a relationship with her you’ve given her her shots and I’ve purchased NExguard through you all for the last two years so why is it that you won’t release so that I can purchase elsewhere. They didn’t even have a relationship with her when they prescribed it the first time I called there for recommendations when I moved to Senatobia, they told me about Nexguard I went in, I purchased it and I’ve been buying it every sense they never even saw her untill later on that ur when she was up for her shots! so why is it that they will not release for me to get this prescription for her?? They just want the money is all. My pet is not in there best interest. It’s a bunch of BS if you ask me! I’ll never go back!

I went there while it was extremely busy but they had me and my pet cat out of there within 30 minutes. Staff was really friendly. And reasonable price. Highly recommend
