I went here today to pick up my favorite menu item, the Blended Affogato (basically a coffee milkshake). But, the two teenagers "working" there served me a cup full of completely melted coffee and cream, not frozen whatsoever. When confronted about it, they openly admitted that neither of them knew how to make this menu item. The only silver lining in all this was that they gave me a refund. Before making the trip to this shop, be aware that your choices might be limited due to staff incompetency. Management needs to seriously reevaluate their hiring process.

So funny how we was in there the day before asking about yalls menu an yall said we don't do all that anymore. Clearly this photo says other wise. Yall was very judgmental an it's ok we forgive you. By the way Did the dingy little blonde girl get the ice cream off her eye? She was crying that it was burningWhen it splashed in her eye while making our smoothies!!!!!Sonic is down the street sucks. But at least there not uptight..

One of the many great places to eat in Desoto County everything I've ever had there was phenomenal, and my favorite part is being able to purchase City Hall Cheesecake without ha to drive to Hernando. Plus, they have a nice store attached to the restaurant so you can browse while you wait. 10 out of 10!!

We love having Mac and Charlie’s in downtown Senatobia! Whether you want a great burger for lunch or dinner or a sweet treat after school they are willing to serve. Go by and treat yourself! Our little one definitely approves of the ice cream 😊

Wonderful customer service, clean, except Mayo was laft out all summer in the heat, then inside at closing time, the put bk out the nest day!! That's a NO NO! Prices are ok for the area. But if lowered prices and did Family Day / early evening deals, you'd have more customers.
