I love love this place . I can’t say enough this is the best veterinary I have been to . The entire staff is friendly warm and very caring about your animal. They treat your animal just like it would be theirs. They are amazing and Doctor Ann is very amazing. She is a wonderful person and she knows her stuff. I know sometimes you have to wait but it’s well worth the wait.❤️❤️

Had to put my cat down due to reoccurring health issues. Everyone here from front desk to the doctors were so amazingly understanding and nice to me during my difficult visit. They did everything they could and more to try to find a way to help him. Me and my boy were in good hands and I’m forever grateful to everyone there. Rest in peace to my sweet baby.

Awesome vet! Traveling, and our senior dog broke a tooth and developed an infection in her mouth. They fit us in between their busy practice and spent a lot of time with us. Everyone on the staff was so pleasant and helpful from the administrative team, the vet tech, Autumn, and especially the vet, Dr. Ann!

Dr. Ann and her staff were very caring. My little girl was ready to say goodbye to this world and go on to the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Ann was compassionate and took care of me too. Everyone was wonderful.

Dr. Ann and her staff were great! We had an accident where a dog got ahold of one of our young goats. They were the only vet that would see her right away. They quickly took her in and was able to get her out of shock. She’s home now and doing much better. I would highly recommend using them!

Saucier Vet has taken care of my furbabies for many years and have always been professional, compassionate and caring! They've worked with me when I had hard times financially and something came up with one of my pets by letting me set up a payment plan. Thank God. And just over all a great Veterinary Hospital. They tacked on extra charges without consulting me. Lied saying it was the law. My dog was fully up to date on everything! Took his stool elsewhere to run a fecal exam, and it was negative. Never got the rabies tag or paperwork I was charged for. It was an absolutely disgusting sight as my dog was sedated and tightly tied with two leashes, to the point he couldn't rest his head, over heating, and lacking oxygen to breath, because he was tied so tight.

Me and my wife have had numerous dogs in our 23 years of marriage...we have traveled numerous times and have lived in a number of different states using the vets in the those different places. I can tell you that Dr.Ann and her staff are without a doubt the very very very best we both have ever been associated with...They are helping our precious dog Montana get over his allergies,giving him his life back...they give a real personal touch to EVERY animal and critter,even ducks, that walks through their door, turning no one away.

The veterinarian is a caring professional, when you actually got to talk to her, which was rare for me. My furry feline companion of 14 years was a patient here for a few years and, except for the long wait times, I didn't have any concerns up until the last visit in May. I brought her in on a Monday morning due to very alarming symptoms which occurred over the weekend (suddenly stopped eating & drinking, stopped meowing, completely withdrew). This was a drop-in visit and I know or understand that the staff is overwhelmed with animals; I would not have brought her if I was not truly concerned. I wound up leaving her there and not picking her up until after hours, which was when I was contacted to do so. I will not go into all the details of my dissatisfaction with this visit, but I felt that this was a big inconvenience for the staff and it seemed that my concerns were minimized during my initial interaction with the 1st technician (my cat had also just recently been diagnosed with a medical condition and placed on medication for the treatment of this. She was not quite due for her follow up check up for this). The interactions thereafter were cold, lacking warmth or concern, even when I called to check on her (I attributed this to them being very busy/overwhelmed).When I picked her up, another technician gave me a brief ‘run down’ of what was done but did not really provide information about what could have caused these specific symptoms until I asked about it (also not before I was immediately given the bill by the person behind the counter as soon as I walked in). The technician then stated that she had a “terrible” infection in her back teeth with “pus coming out" (well no wonder!). She was prescribed an antibiotic for this and she did recover, thankfully. She was also placed on a medication for slightly elevated blood sugar level, but she wound up having a scary hypoglycemic episode a few days later, on a Sunday, so I stopped giving her that medication. There was no warning or heads up regarding the possibility of this happening, and (when I had picked her up from the clinic) I was told to follow up in two months. Her blood sugar was just checked at another veterinarian clinic and it is normal, so it could have been caused from stress and/or the infection at that time.This is one of the few places who take drop ins and are open on Saturdays. I know (or hope) that many people who bring their pets in for an unscheduled sick visit here will not feel this way about their visit/experience, and I suspect that it is at least in part because my cat has become very difficult for them to handle- requiring sedation the last couple of visits. I am grateful for the care she received while she was a patient there, and certainly do not want to make anyone’s job more difficult. In hindsight I probably should have taken her to the emergency 24/7 clinic, I thought I was doing the best thing for her because they always showed concern in the past. A pet parent knows when it is time to find another provider and our visit to the new clinic in Lyman went exceptionally well, thank the Lord-- with little wait time for my very anxious kitty.

I use to work at a ER for pets and Dr. Ann would fill in once in a while. She is the best veterinarian I know of. She is such a very caring.... detailed veterinarian. I would trust her with any of my much loved pets. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

All I can say is the first time I took my baby to them I was 16 yrs old now I'm 61 and still taking my babies to them!!!! I think I might their oldest customer too!!!! I ❤️ them just like they love our babies.thank you all for everything you guys do for our babies!!!!

After getting a bearded dragon names Spike, this was the only place nearby the accepted exotic animals. Unfortunately, he got sick with metabolic bone disease and passed away after attempting to get medicine for him. Not the vets fault. I then later got now 3 ferrets and two dogs. Dr. Ann and her staff always take very good care of them. At times they have made up for visits that took longer than expected. They even did a special goodie for a puppy I recently adopted. I trust them and will always continue to do business with them. Thank you all for making sure my furry friends are happy and healthy!

Staff was excellent , Dr Ann was phenomenal . We highly recommend the Saucier Vet Hospital. It was out first time visiting the office . We live in Gulfport . We made 3 trips over and everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and courteous. Our pet had an amputation performed and the treatment and instructions has help make her transition back to as normal life as possible go very smoothly . We will definitely be visiting again with future pets that we adopt or rescue . Just a wonderful experience all around .

It was very difficult to find a vet for "exotic" animals close to where we live. Fortunately, we found this vet clinic open on Saturdays. The vets and nurses are awesome, their care, attention and follow up to our bird has been greatly appreciated. They are definitely worth the drive, their prices are reasonable and we are so thankful that we found them!

They are very disrespectful of their customers time. My husband and I are crippled, we live in extreme pain it is very difficult for us to go somewhere and sit for an extended amount of time, they absolutely know this. But they truly treat every customer this way. It absolutely does not matter if you are a walk-in or have an appointment. You will sit there all day. The shortest amount of time we have been there was 4 hours. Average 5 hours. I have seen customers walk out very angry and upset about this. We absolutely love the vet she is awesome. She is very caring about your pets. But it is not worth this. If you go there be prepared you will be there all day. I will be finding another vet due to this. And it has been every single time ....

If you want a vet that truly cares about your babies, not just charging you an absurd amount because you care about your babies, THIS IS THE VET! An absolutely blessing from God! Always thorough and patient with questions and goes the extra mile in anything and everything with your animals. I wish more vets would be like this! Not greedy and rushed to get the next check from a concerned owner. All the staff are super sweet and caring! Can not say enough good things about this vet! Finding a new vet when I move, as amazing as y’all, will be pretty impossible! And even with that, Dr.Anne said I can email her any time with questions and concerns. Again, the people here are a true blessing ❤️❤️
