We always try stopping on our travels. The gas prices are always reasonable. There is a dog walking area that is fenced in. Plenty of open area and smells for your dog to check out. There are rules to follow in the dog area i watched some folks ignore the rules and just let the dogs run wild. The pumps are generally crowded as there is limited parking in front of the store. Sadly, some folks park by a gas pump and go inside to do their whatevers. You have to be careful backing out of your parking spot as folks are always coming by. The outside area has always been clean. Inside is usually well stocked and clean as well. They seem to have plenty of staff to keep things moving. I enjoy the coffee station and all the fixins:) Generally, the bathrooms are clean (this past visit, they weren't so clean with jammed up trash receptacles). I'll still drop it next visit!!

This review is for the SHOP only...the store was great. I waited for 5 hours to get two door braces fixed...the last two hours I went in the shop twice to check in and was told it would be a little longer...the third time I went to check ALL BAYS had been empty for over an hour and 5 mechanics were in the lobby sitting down laughing and talking, doing nothing. The night manager was completely unfriendly and unconcerned. It took 25 minutes for them to repair the door and they charged my company for 2 hours of labor. The restroom was also disgraceful. Supposedly Loves has 5 locations that offer wheel alignment services, but nowhere can you find those 5 exact locations! Where can you find out those locations!?!?

We are truck drivers and spend thousands of dollars a year on fuel, etc, here. Went to shower and the shower room left alot to be desired. Come on Loves, you can do better than this for your truck drivers.

Three and a half hours ago I was told 1 hour and I'd be able to get a DOT inspection on my trailer done I went inside after an hour and ask them and they had not even send in my work approval at that point and three and a half hours later I'm still waiting on my DLT inspection... Love's travel stores are going downhill quickly and turning into ta/pilot

DO NOT use the showers at Love's in Sandersville, MS! They are not cleaning the showers at all! The showers had drain worms! ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT and DISGUSTING!This is seriously a health hazard!

This is disgusting 🤢 guys come on, people take showers to get them selfs clean but not in these conditions. I pay for clean shower and expect it to be clean before I enter. Maybe friendly places but certainly not clean places.

We stop here at least 3 times a year. Always friendly and clean with good bathrooms. Hella busy at pumps. Good food on the go.

This place is awesome. Clean glorious restrooms! Windshield cleaner plus squeegies plus paper towels at every stall! It made my trip bearable. Thank you Staff at ❤️ Loves !

Man one of my favorite stops. The guys in the mechanic shop are the best. They also have a few younger techs who are very respectful and does a great work in a timely manner. The guys who work behind the desk are very top tier and makes sure the job is done right and does a great job of communicating and making sure drivers are comfortable. Also have nice folding chairs that are very comfortable for sitting and getting you outta tuff situations and standing in the heat. Will definitely be back.

Very clean. Although the tire shop is short handed, they’re some of the most courteous, helpful, and professional workers. I’m glad I stopped and received service here. They are doing the best they can even while dealing with aggravated drivers and shortage of workers. They’re making the best out of their situation and I want them to know that I truly appreciate their efforts and dedication.Great workers are hard to come by but they have it figured out here.

Yesterday i went around 11 pm.First of all , all the trash cans all of them were full, then i went to restrooms: very dirty all the sinks, then i went to McDonald's, staffs were wearing gloves on one hand and touching food with bare hands, all the staffs, had the store been clean i would have been ok but the store itself was dirty so their hands were all filthy touching those foods, then i went and bought some hard boiled eggs from there dated for 01/15. After i ate those egss they kind of smelled and i had stomach ache entire night, couldnt drive at all . The management has to address their emoloyees, this store and its employees are totally out of hands. They cannot neglect on hygeine. My stomach ache was very bad, donot trust their food.

Dont try to get a shower....waited OVER a hr for a shower cause they just didnt want to clean one!....seems they always find a reason to be doing something else when drivers need showers! As much money as we spend in loves there is no reason for this! LOVES DO BETTER!!! This is the 3rd time at this loves with this problem!!!

I just walked out of this store….No coffee made! How does a truck stop have every pot of coffee empty and no one even thinking of making more?! Then get rude when you ask about it.I use Love’s all over the country and this is THE WORST!!! I have never experienced such a nasty attitude anywhere else.

Folks there nice as usual. Clean inside and out. They have a McDonalds there if you like those fast food places. I hold out for Hardees or Wendys, but they certainly have other things like good breakfast sandwiches in the store itself. Loves is just a welcome place to me.

There was no warm food and no buns if there was. The restroom was nasty and the attendant said there was no coffee cause the water was contaminated. (?) She said not to complain to her but to call the water company.

Usually a good experience but today not so much. I got a coffee and looked for a lid. I notified the cashier there's no lids and just ok. Never went look for some or anything. No response. I just dumped the coffee and left.

Husband and I are on the road again. We stopped in for gas and caffeine. The store was very busy. Cashiers handled the crowd well.
