We’ve been here several times. Scruggs has a lot to offer, and they have excellent service. The people are friendly and helpful. The store could be neater, and the outdoor section is not well organized, but the prices are reasonable and we enjoy coming here.

An attendant with really nice cologne 😊 did come help me when I was struggling with what screws to buy. A nice man at Customer Svs. alerted staff to help with checkout as line got long. Good prices, friendly staff. Some aisles appear to need attention.

This is a great place to shop. I've been coming for years off and on. The only odd thing is that in a huge store, there is only one place to check out, which seems sort of out of the way. Big John Deere dealer. You can buy a new Stihl chainsaw, fishing lures, pet supplies and clothes all in the same place. It is decent.

Wow what a store. This will be my new go to place, for things I once went to the big box stores for. Before I visited I thought they were just farm and lawn equipment, but this place has everything, clothing, appliances, long and short guns, welders, feed, fencing and much more. I'm so impressed you my ask why only three stars, well during this pandemic no employee had on a face covering. Most customers did not either and I found that employees were not helpful to those wearing mask. When this pandemic is over I will be shopping here.

Ordered some sheep n goat wire here. best price around and believe me i shopped! best prices on T posts also. Ms. Jennifer and jeanette in feed an tack is awesome and helpful. this place is huge and I think it has everything you need to build a house. I saw tile, plumbing fixtures light fixtures hardwood floors. Nice feed trough selection for every kind of animal. Fencing supplies galore of all types and can special order like for me the taller wire. plan to go back when I have 2 hrs to take a tour.

Very fun store with alot of options for animal feed and farm lifestyles. They have some nice choices for pet food and supplies as well. Inside you also have tools and hardware and a very big selection of knives and boots.

Scruggs is a big gigantic big box store. Fortunately they had what we went to pick up and we came home with a John Deere tractor. It was a whole lot easier than buying a car. I promise you that and we spent quite a bit more. I'll know it was a pleasant experience I'll tell you that we didn't get that great of a deal though you're going to pay for what you get there especially if it's painted green and yellow. That's just a fact.

I was blown away by this store! Like TSC, only bigger and much better. They had everything!But the youthful help wasn't very helpful or all that friendly.If they can actually get those young folk to work on that, this store would be amazing!

AWESOME customer service. In like a span of 20 minutes had like 4-5 employees ask if we needed help. Also bought a camera arm for $18 and afterwards looked it up on eBay and the prices there was anything from $76-$599 for the same item.( I think the $599 was a misprint on the sellers part).Deer corn was very reasonable and sporting section has great content. Sadly we couldn’t find any non-camo muck boots but it was ok. STRONGLY recommended.

I visited this place and it is absolutely amazing. This store has everything that a person could ever need. The people in the parts department were very helpful and they knew what they were talking about when it came to my lawnmower. Every associate had a great attitude towards work and helping me with everything that I needed. There was a wide selection of tractors at the front of the store. I will definitely be back to shop at Scruggs.

I visited Scruggs for the first time yesterday and was impressed with how many options were available. Several times while I was in the store associates stopped and asked it they could help me with something. All very friendly. I did have difficulty determining the price on several item I looked at but otherwise shopping was enjoyable.When we arrived at the checkout line with a bag of dog food and a socket replacement for a lamp, the young lady with long dark hair and an olive complexion didn’t greet us. She had a frown on her face and acted like she was completely put out that she was working. She told us in a snappy tone that she couldn’t scan the dog food. She looked on some pages taped behind the register and then through some pages stapled together and then punched something into the register and told me to insert my card. .She never told us the amount. After the transaction was processed, she handed me the receipt and still no verbal acknowledgment. As I was walking away I heard her greet the couple behind me with a friendly voice and ask if they found everything alright.Is this how visitors are treated?It is sad that one person can ruin your entire experience with a bad attitude.
