I recently lost my baby, Giggy & ended up having to take her here to have her cremated. I can say that the people here are the absolute most compassionate people I’ve ever dealt with. They handled my baby with great care & were genuinely concerned for me as well. I even received a sympathy card in the mail today signed by all the staff. Just the fact that even though I wasn’t a regular client & they still showed me such compassion means a lot to me. Losing Giggy has been so hard for me & they have definitely aided in this healing journey I’m now on. I’m even thinking about making an appointment for my other baby, Mila, to go in & be seen. I highly recommend them!

Our bearded dragon Nug has had loose stools basically his whole life (year old now) and had been to two different vets before these guys. One visit here and a round of new medication later, he is better than he’s ever been. Now we have the healthy, happy beardie we’ve been working for! Wonderful staff, excellent care, and affordable pricing. Highly recommend to any reptile parents!

I picked up my dog today after boarding him for a week. My dog was 8 lbs. lighter, his treats weren’t open, and they didn’t give him a required medicine for an injury they said they would help us with while we were gone. I understand losing weight and not eating from anxiety. There is no excuse why he wasn’t given his medication while being boarded. They were given all the paperwork from his vet, a full bottle of medication, and all the information required to help him or at least follow the vets directions. I hate that we had to board him, but we’ve used this clinic in the past. They didn’t communicate any problems at pickup. They didn’t require verification that it was our dog. I get there will be trauma. I couldn’t turn around and come back to the country to make sure they were providing the service we paid for. On top of all of that, we arrived home and his injury is still causing him pain and less function in his leg. If they would’ve informed me or tried to give him his medication, I wouldn’t have written the review. They took the money and didn’t even attempt to give him his medicine. If you love your dog like a member of your family, do better research than I did and find a place with better communication and animal management. If you need a place to dump your animal for a week of trauma, this is the place for you!

This place is awesome. Super nice and friendly receptionist Brian. My dog and I never have to wait to be seen at appointments. Dr. Tucker is always incredibly compassionate and caring for my Sadie. Great place to take your pets!!

The staff at this veterinarian clinic is amazing. Brian in particular is always pleasant in person and on the phone. I not only use them for a short period as my vet but I boarded my dog there twice and felt peace at leaving him.

Will never go back to them. They charged me $63 to dock my 4 day old puppy’s tail and remove it’s dew claws. He said it was because of the examination which they were NOT asked to do not did they inform that they were going to.I was in a crunch because of the age and the vet I had an appointment with was out…the lady at the desk said she tried to call me but she didn’t have my number…she called this vet and they said they could if I could get the puppy there…..I HEARD her tell them all I needed was tail docked and dew claws removed…their office charges $10 & Rowan charges $5 FIVE DOLLARS. They were not asked for one other thing and when I asked BEFORE they took the puppy back the guy at the desk said he couldn’t say it would probably be according to what they had to do(they were supposed to dock tail remove dew claws…NOTHING ELSE) but couldn’t imagine it being very much.I’d never recommend these people.

1st off i tried to be nice on my 1st review. But others taking their pets to u deserve the truth. My appointment was Nov 2nd not the 7th. U obviously put the the wrong date in your computer and will not admit it, Also. I heard my dog cry & cry. Sad U feel the need to make excuses . I didn,t expect an apology,after u made my dog cry, but I sure didn,t expect the unprofessional snotty rude attitude that I got from Morris either. He came out and stated really snotty that next time there would be an added charge. That is when I stated I would never bring my pet back into your place, I made the decision on the spot not to ever bring my pet back to your so called vet service again he didn,t.. Inexcusable of the snotty rude attitude of his. Absolutely ridiculous, U got the 1 star only because I couldn,t give u a minus 10 star. For other pets, and customers. U need to be alot more professional toward them..And always always. Try to tell the truth and not lie.There r quite a few 1 star reviews on here for the unprofesional snotty rude attitudes from your business. Not surprising at all. It,s unfortunate u feel u have to do business thisway.afyer

Dr. Morris is wonderful. Everyone there is so nice. I was greeted by Brian who was very friendly. I had a consultation about rather or not I should spay my bunny and Dr. Morris helped me make my decision and put my mind at ease. I can't thank him enough!

I give 1 star only because I can't give 0 stars. My bird flew in hot fring oil I have naturally very upset knowing I was going to have to put my baby to sleep and he came in and told me to stop crying. Then proceeded to ask meHow I was on money. Could I pay for treatment or just office visit. Then I realized I left my phone and ask the man at the desk it I could use his phone and still crying while I was on the phone he told me to get off the phone and leave. VERY COLD HEARTED MAN

I like this veterinarian however I was a little shocked checking out today after getting my bird butter nails clipped and feather clipped and beak trim, the total was more than what I was quoted, and from what I know they did not do anything extra than what I was originally quoted for. I’m a college student so the price change was unexpected. Although, I will be coming back to them.

Extremely rude person that answers the messages on messenger. I work late hours and asked a simple question and I knew it wouldn't be able to be answered until the next day and they told me to stop messaging and waking the Dr up. messenger is there to ask questions at anytime. If they don't want you to contact them past a certain time then they should make that clear on their Facebook page. I would not recommend him at all because of who ever this rude person was.

I called this clinic after hours atleast 5 times and left a voicemail for them to return my call. My green cheek conure was having respiratory issues and needed a vet immediately. There arent alot of vets in this area that take care of birds so all my hope was with this clinic. They never called back and eventually my bird died. Horrible horrible service.
