I came to the Cricket Ripley, Ms location from out of town to get my mom who’s currently immobile in a nursing home in Ripley , a phone and new service.The two lady employees working this day absolutely jumped through hoops to assist me in this. Definitely wasn’t an easy ordeal as I quickly saw as these two young ladies keep encountering hurdles transferring moms account from ATT. Needless to say these two worked diligently and overcame those hurdles and I walked out with a new phone and service.These ladies quickly turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience.Mom is happy. I’m happy.Cricket is very fortunate to have such customer service oriented employees.

Yudith from here in the Ripley MS store was so helpful today with EVERYTHING I needed. Not just with my purchase but with ALL THE QUESTIONS I had about my apps and helping me download apps that I couldn't for the life me get downloaded myself. She was so patient and respectful. Nice and sweet. Not RUDE AT ALL LIKE SOME OTHERS. Thank you so much Yudith for taking the time to help me out even though I'm not technically a customer here at this store all the time.
