I am an older woman . Went in with my Great Niece for her to shop and ended up finding a lot of thinks I Loved ! The Sweet Ladies that waiting on me were beyond helpful . Will defiantly be back and recommend to my friends .

Awful experience, really disappointed especially since Libby herself was involved. I am from out of town and Libby Store was one of my favorite stores. I have spent quite some time and money here. I got two items for Christmas at Libby Story, and because I live in New Orleans, was not able to bring back until 2 months later. I had receipts for both items. They would not even allow me to get store credit. Even after contacting Libby, THE STORE OWNER HERSELF, she would not allow it. I will no loner shop here and would recommend you don’t either. Especially after having such an awful experience with the owner. Libby was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Ladies, take your money elsewhere.

First impressions are everything.I walked in & wasn’t greeted. Ok, maybe no one saw me enter. Continued to look at shoes and clothes, locked eyes with a floor associate... still not a word. Continued to shop, then I noticed 2 associates behind the counter (just standing there doing nothing). I stood directly in front of them at the counter, they both looked at me & looked away.Not going to pull the race card but the customer service was a -0. I will NEVER stop here again.

I walked thru the store and was not addressed but the young lady Who entered the same time as I did it was greeted from across the room. So myself and my shopping partner we left the store
