Second time I've bought broken goods from this store due to employees not checking returns. Now I have to stop working and take time out of my day to make yet another return. Do better or hire better because this is unacceptable bussiness practices.

For the most part is a good location. It can be difficult at times to locate an associate if you need something. Always found it best to call the main line while in store and request help.

Two things that made a positive a real negative here. Almost every single grocery aisle was blocked with stockers making store navigation a pain. Last not a single cashier. I get self-checkout but not having a single cashier is sad. Walmart stop being cheap pay your cashiers. I'm not your free labor!

I want to shout out to the Automotive Department. I had a flat tire while traveling back home to Biloxi New Years Eve night. I stopped in and all of the associates were amazing they brought my car in and after checking my tire it could not be repaired so they took everything out of my trunk (loaded with luggage and Christmas gifts) put my donut on then wrapped my tire in plastic and put it and everything back into the trunk. They did not charge me anything and made sure I was set to get back on my way home. They were great Kavi the gentleman at the desk and Mike the gentleman that changed my tire. There was another young man that I did not get his name but all 3 of them treated me with respect and went above and beyond to help me and my 2 grandsons to get us back on our way.

We asked for assistance in finding an item. The woman couldn't be bothered. She pointed to the general area of where it should be. After looking again and still not being able to find it, we left without the item. The cashier only spoke when she had to ask if we wanted a warranty. I know it's only Walmart, but I felt extremely unwelcome.

I would give a 0 Star if I could. BEWARE of letting your children go to the restroom alone there. I walked into the ladies earlier today and there was a man in there. When I ask a female employee to ask him to please come out and inform him there is a family restroom around the corner she got a MALE employee to go, however he peeked in the door and replied they are changing a babys diaper. I said I can't help what they are doing there is a family bathroom for that. When he came out and I did go in there were women in there using the bathroom like it was normal. What has the world come to?? And someone please tell me how women, for YEARS have changed a diaper ALL by themselves and now all of a sudden they can't. PATHETIC!!

A manager named Christy was fussing at a produce associate that was trying to stock banana bags for me about a random garbage blue cart that was in her way filling an OGP order. She was unprofessional and very rude and.ade me feel uncomfortable as a customer.😡

This visit was HORRIBLE! Most of the isles looked like a rumage store. They were completely out of product and this is unacceptable for ANY company. I spoke with the manager about my concerns, and her response was," It's the first of the month, and a lot of people just got their checks." Her response for the shelves was," the stockers doesn't come on until 10p.m." My issue is I know you have other people working besides cashiers. The shelves SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE THIS! THE PRODUCT SHOULD ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE NO MATTER WHAT DAY OF THE MONTH IT IS. I SAW ONE PERSON IN THE WHOLE GROCERY AREA ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! PLEASE STOP SHOPPING AT PLACES THAT CAN'T GET THEIR STAFF TOGETHER. ITS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE AN IMPACT. MONEY TALKS!!

Usually pretty clean and stocked up on most items. On weekends there is never enough check out lines with cashiers open so you always have to wait for an extended amount of time to get checked out. The cashiers that are working try to get you checked out as quickly as possible and are almost always friendly.

.... It's a Walmart lol but they are pretty good about helping you at this one but I'm also in there a lot. All in all I would suggest this over other stores in the area normally.

I have visited this store on a few occasions. The people who pull online orders are not mindful of those customers who shop for themselves. They block the isles and are rude to customers. Customer service is not a priority anymore.

I don't know who paid for the 3.9 review average. That's false. EVERY single time you walk into the Richland location, expect boxes piled up in the aisles and poorly stocked shelves. What's this translate to? A management problem. Would be nice if you'd fix it.

Biggest Super Center I’ve been in… Definitely a variety of choices… Better have a plan before you walk inside.. Make a list.. Make yourself a sketch of where everything you want is located. Start from the right side (East) and pick up your items as you work yourself around to the Left (West). You should be close to the self checkout or cashier areas.. Get enough supplies so you won’t have to be back until..? Hum..? Next year would be too soon for me..

Waited thirty minutes for an associate to open a jewelry case for a ten dollar item. Looked for the key to open it myself to purchase and had a couple employees eye ball me like I was trying to steal something but none offer assistance. An associate was paged 3 times and never showed up. Never had to work so hard to get a company to take my money. And purchase wasn't made. Almost grabbed the case to bring to the register.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.... They had put some items in the wrong location. I asked one of the workers was that the correct price. She stayed no, but since these items are located here that they will sell it to you to or that price. Anyways when I get to the cash out and I told the cashier she stated let me go the in-store manager. I was like cool. This lady told me that it couldn't be sold for that tho it was 8n the wrong located. I told her that they as a whole Walmart team needs to work together to keep from false advertising. Needly to say she didn't not honor the price and had a nasty attitude about it. She refused to go e me the whole name so I could report the terrible experience that I had. Even the cashier was looking at her in disbelief. I asked the cashier did they have cameras throughout the store and she said yes. I told her that while they r looking for people stealing they should be observing how their manager (well so called manager) handled things. This Walmart will be my last resources. ✌️

Pick up order! Love the staff at this Byram location they are always so friendly and helpful with my pickup orders and any question I might have about it. Best place to go, pick up, if you don't want to stand in line and you want great service!

Edited rating after some years.This walmart kind of sucks compared to others in proximity. Yeah, the store is mostly clean, but the products here seem to come a while after products are posted to be now in walmart. It feels like this one is dragging behind on the new products coming out through the year.

Had an issue with a tpms sensor on a tire that Hyundai was going to charge $200+ for even though my car was still under warranty. Went to Walmart, they couldn’t program it, so they put in a new sensor for a fraction of the cost and were so incredibly nice. 10-10 recommend!

Awesome store to visit for truckers, if you need some groceries or other personal items you use in your daily life on the road. This is one of the best stores out there, plus you can park for the night too. Thanks Wal-Mart
