As a person with alot of live stock this is where I buy most of my supplies. Staff is always ready to help. However from my personal experience when it comes down to a specific breed staff isn't to knowledgeable. (Iwhat they have on the show floor). A1 Purina Dealer i have to add.

They have everything that you would need to care for animals, but the prices are a little high. You can shop online and pick up your order in store. They have nice clothing brands like Columbia and Carhart. They also sell boots and shoes.

I went in late this morning needing a tire for a zero turn. I didn’t see the size I needed and wanted to ask if there were any in stock. I asked for help and after 10 minutes I left because nobody came. Doubt I will go back.

Went in for a return because magee didnt have it. Said they didnt have my item and she said she didnt want the return because this store would loose money. Walked away saying go to the register and shell give you your money back.

Above and beyond! I came right at closing time and they easily could have turned me away. My order came through 4 minutes before closing. They righteously could have made wait until the morning. Glad they didnt!

This place has such an amazing inventory. The girl that saw me walk in gave me a minute but when she saw I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for she asked if she could help. I went for shot for my cat. I could not believe the cost was 15 dollars wow. I was able to get the same identical shot in Saucier for 5.95 so I am grateful for that, but I would definitely recommend this place when you are looking for unique items or gifts, incredible inventory.

Had a flat in their parking lot this morning, and the manager tried to help me fix it. She also loaned me her personal air pump to get me down to the tire shop around the corner. She went above and beyond what she had to. A plus service and great attitudes. Will definitely continue to shop here.

I enjoy this tractor supply company. Have a great selection and it's usually well-stocked, the store is well kept and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful, but not. You can look around in peace without having someone look over your shoulder.

I was running behind and was going to be real close to closing time so I called and asked the lady that answered if it would be possible to set aside the item I needed (Puppy vaccine/shots) so I could be in and out without holding them up any further. She not only was willing to do that but did it with cheer in her voice. I arrived with 2-4 minutes to spare and she greeted me and assumed I was her caller. She handed me the vaccines which she had put on ice for me and did all this with a smile. This is just a single event on a single day and doesn't necessarily give comprehensive evaluation of the store/staff but in my opinion, it says a whole lot about that one associate and she did a wonderful job at representing that store. The employees I spoke to today were so helpful and friendly! I had ordered several large, very HEAVY rubber mats for the school where I'm employed. There's no way I would have been able to load them on my own!!! Plus it is a sweltering, humid day in Mississippi-so their efforts were appreciated even more. Thank you so much to the 3 men at Tractor Supply who took time to do this for me today. I will certainly be back and will tell the school to continue to order from the Richland store!

Called to see if they had some goat wormer in stock , it’s been a month and they still don’t have it , asked if they knew if a tractor supply store close by had any , acted like what I was asking was ridiculous. And NOT HELPFUL

I bought several berry vines from here. They are sold in opaque white bags that are in tall boxes so you cannot quite see the plant other than what's sticking out. Got home with them and two were just twigs stuck in dirt. They get 3 stars because on the phone their customer service was very helpful and offered exchanges for the vines so I went back a day or two later to do just that and came back and the ones I had gotten were also dead. (they looked the most hopeful of all that I had to choose from) two of the other plants out of the 6 I bought were also dead though I had hope for them at first because though they felt brittle, there were still roots so I did not exchange those. Two of the berry vines were alive, though barely and are flourishing now. It has been well over a month and the two with the brittle roots are 100% dead with no change though I did give them a chance to see if they were. I emailed the company and they apologized and said they'd look into it though I have not gone back to see if they are still selling dead plants.The reason this is 3 stars: when I went to exchange my products I went to the service desk and waited, several employees saw me holding the products I was bringing back and did not speak to me once. Eventually after several minutes of waiting I tracked down an employee in the dog food aisle and explained to her that I was told I could exchange them and she told me the plants I had shown her, which was literally a twig about the width of the side of a nickel, was not infact dead. When I told her that I was told I could exchange it she told me to go to the register where it could be taken care of. She was not pleasant at all and followed me to the front where I eventually was able to exchange the products as she looked on and spoke to the other girl at the register with an obvious additude. Other than none of the employees tending the service desk in the middle of the store the service was fine.Will update with pictures of the plants if I can find them.

Love the store, but today bought large order and ask for help to load and no one showed up out front to help. This is the second time this has happened at this store. Should have complained to mgt but just got my order , loaded it myself and left.

Recently my daughter in law who lives in Laurel asked her 2 year old son where they should shop for his cousins first bd. He did not hesitate to say he wanted to go to Tractor Supply to buy gifts. This was so adorable if him. He is obsessed with Tractors and has been since he was very young. I believe he deserves job in your store in the next 15 years or a #1 customer appreciation. He is the cutest!

My husband was looking for overall jump suits and he found 2 there. They ate hard to find in regular stores. Great to shop for items like that or if you are into Farm8ng that is the place to be!

They have everything you need and then some. Prices are better than Wal-Mart on shavings for animal bedding etc....kind of short staffed so we had to search for an employee to help with some chicks....but still love this place.

They carry a wide range of ag related items, including lawn care/repair, chain saws, farm infrastructure items, livestock & pet accessories. You have online options also. I definitely make intentional visits. However, if you produce forage crops/large row crops, you will still need a traditional farm store. Most locations are not loading/trailer friendly. If you are buying tractor implements, do your homework, regardless of where or what you buy.

Tractor Store has a little of everything and a lot of some things. We go once a month to buy sunflower seeds for the birds, 40 lbs for $19.99, cat food for the cats, 30 lbs for $19.99 Kit n Kaboodle. Treats for the dog, treats for the cats, I have bought Christmas presents, boots, house shoes, shirts and many other things. They have baby ducks and chicks around Easter and after. They have chicken coops & small yards, rabbit "play yards", fencing supplies, tools, propane to refill your bottles, animal traps, large assortment of bird feeders, outdoor furniture, almost anything needed for working or just being in the outdoors. All are reasonably priced. And it is fun to just go through the store looking around.

It's a well kept store , they had what I needed do every time. I had no problem getting help from costumer service even though they seemed short staffed.

The cashier working when I went in was very rude and seemed to have an attitude when I asked her help with finding something...my husband and I were the only customers in the store and I never saw any other workers which is why I asked for her help...she pointed me to the isle the item was and I went and looked and still couldn't find it so I went back and asked for her to please show me and she said really? And then let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes and started walking... she of course walked straight to it (she freaking works there so of course she went straight to it) and said it's right here like I said before...I said thanks and we went back to the counter for me check out...she has a scar on her face that's pretty noticeable and thought maybe her attitude towards us had something to do with how people have treated her in the past (that's just me guessing, I know people can be mean) but after I thought about it that doesn't give her the right to be so rude to someone who didn't do or say anything to deserve that sort of treatment! And again that's just me assuming the reason for her rudeness... she could just be that way because this was not the only occasion... I only go there if I have to! The Co Op is a much better place to get the things I need!

I started a collection of their little animal figurines. Some are very realistic. This store has a number of supplies for a variety of animals. It has cookbooks, work clothing, tires, hardware items, etc.
