Very good people, very good care. Went out of their way to help my sweet Peanut. We had 1 male neutered and 3 females spayed here without incident. YOU MAY HAVE A WAIT TIME to get appointment. They stay busy as you can only expect cheaper vet care to be busy.

They do a great job. They have a great staff. If I had taken my cat to my vet it would have costed upwards of $200 to have him neutered. It cost me $55 to have him neutered there. I recommend this place to anybody and they are always needing donations so if you can please help them out plus they have a store where you can shop and the proceeds go to help out.

One of the best places for spaying and neutering. I have had two dogs and two cats spayed and neutered at MSPAN as well as several stray cats. Kind compassionate people that really care about your pet as well as homeless animals that are the result of pets that are not spayed and neutered.

This is a great place to take your pets for low income families. Your pet has to be spayed or neutered to be seen, buy the prices are really affordable. The vet is really good and the staff is very friendly. I will continue to take all my pets there. I really appreciate the love and concern they show my babies.

So my vet is charging 165 so I called this place and sure enough it’s 55$ but unfortunately for me I’ve been dragging my feet and can’t wait two months. Waiting list is long so if ya want to take advantage of there prices don’t drag your feet like I did call and schedule an appointment

Very much appreciate this place. The vets here in Yazoo want so much more money to fix an animal and MSPAN is cost effective. People are very nice and give so much information on helping animals recover.

The Big Fix Clinic took really good care of my two cats. They were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about what I could expect during and after their procedures. I would definitely return if i had another animal to be fixed. I recommend.

They are great and the prices are low. If you have wild cats that need to be fixed, they're definitely the best place to go also.

This place charged me half of what others offered. I needed both back quarter glasses for my 2003 Ford Explorer. The other places I called priced the driver side glass at a little over $300.00 and said they couldn't find the passenger side. This guy was able to find both glasses at a local salvage yard and installed them. The total bill for the glasses and installing them was $543. I was told it would take about 2 hours but chose to leave it and pick up the next day. He parked it inside the shop overnight. I am thrilled to say the least with the price and quality of service. I highly recommend this company.

They have an extremely professional and efficient way of handling the large volume of clients they have. Absolutely great service. We used it because we weren't able to afford the cost of getting our dog spayed at a traditional vet's office. We were initially a bit worried due to the high number of surgeries. I asked others about using the service beforehand and everyone highly recommended them. However, if you want to talk with the vet beforehand, you can arrange that. All of the staff members I interacted with were very friendly. After our experience, I definitely recommend them!

I guess you can say I'm happy so far with what they did. Had a little trouble with the payment. Don't say we will take whatever you can pay and change me more than I can pay when I'm on disability and told you I couldn't pay much. I have 5 more fur babies to get fixed.

I have taken all of my pets there to be "fixed".The service is outstanding. I have never had any problems with the staff and moreover, my pets have never had any problems. I donate to this organization as often as possible so that others can benefit from such an amazing opportunity. With the affordable prices they offer, there is really no excuse not to do the right thing....spay and neuter!!!!

I loved the service, and the personnel. The staff was very patient with our dogs, and kind. The staff also assisted us with getting back on our truck because they were scare whoosie from the anesthesia. I recommend them (THE BIG FIX CLINIC) to everyone who needs their pets cared for to do surgery or whatever medical need.

I love this place! I had my adopted dog, Roxie, spayed there and I just got back from picking up Flea Meds for her. So much more affordable that a regular Vet and you don't have to jump through hoops for basic pet care.

I have now received 2 cancellation text from the Big fix clinic stating, "They will not have a veterinarian coming in on the day I scheduled for my two cats to get neutered. You might be affordable but you're not reliable. You need to hire a backup vet. Let me say that again, You Need To Hire A Substitute, Backup Veterinarian where you do not have to cancel on clients repeatedly. Let me repeat that last one again..... REPEATEDLY

Brought my dog Bella there to get spayed yesterday. They were so generous and nice. Also, they were very informative. I felt comfortable leaving my baby there with them. I highly recommend them and will donate more often! 😊

Good place to get your animals spayed or neutered but they cut my dog's nails and they weren't even long and charged me for it. They also don't see animals unless they are spayed or neutered or at least that's what the website says. I was charged 10 dollars for nail clipping that was not necessary my dog nails were not long she walks on concrete daily. I'm giving info. Well all know this is a non profit organization. Nobody is downing the place I'm rating it. Noticed i started with (good place ). I just wish that y'all saw animals that weren't spayed or neutered they still need shots etc for those ppl who cant pay a bunch of money

Friendly staff! Affordable, and they will work with you on pricing. Sometimes they run specials by zip code that allow spay or neuter of cats completely free!! The facility is clean. Everyone working there was very knowledgeable, and helpful.
