I started ordering from Millbrook last year after my previous supplier became unreliable; crickets would arrive half dead or I wouldn't even get the amount I ordered. On the other hand, Millbrook has never been late with an order, sometimes I'd even get same day shipping if I order early enough. The crickets arrive healthy and I def feel like I get the right amount. I def recommend this place!

I Emailed them asking if I purchased crickets online can I pick up at their business because our business is struggling and we did not have resources to pay the $38 shipping fee. The lady called me asking what type of business, what we sold, where we were, what we were going to do with the crickets, etc. I have an account with them and purchased from them years ago. The lady was rude and ultimately said we had to have crickets shipped. I have picked up crickets in the past. I deleted their contact info from my files. I will NEVER give our hard earned money to the likes of them!

Bought 1000 1/2'' crickets. Half are died. And my package is dropped out of my apartment door. I saw several crickets are out of the box and jump around my apartment door. Worse, they ship my crickets to my billing address first, So my crickets are delayed one day. I have to buy extra crickets from PetSmart or my beaded dragon will starving.

Not sure of the reason but wouldn't sell us any crickets and trying to find this place was a miracle, and I've lived in this area all my life. I had never heard of a cricket farm in Richland and then they wouldn't sell us any...although we were going to order online first, and they had no problem with us purchasing them that way?? I'd rather order from out of state than deal with them again.
