We visited this Kroger on our way to a funeral. The flowers we had ordered had been lost in transit and were not going to make it. Whitney, the florist on duty, told us she would help us out. She helped us put together the most beautiful arrangement and put so much thought into every detail, even though it was the end of her shift and NYE. We are not from MS so will probably not ever see her again, but she deserves a raise because she helped us create a beautiful tribute to a beautiful lady. Thank you Whitney!

For the most part, this is a great location to visit. The pharmacy staff is helpful, and the store usually has what I need.

Well using the pick up service can’t get anyone to answer phone at pickup or the main store number approximately 15 minutes just in order to get somebody to answer the phone look for update on delivery status after phone call Pausing 15:55 to 16:00 not to bad after getting an answer but this definitely needs improving. Maybe just teaching someone to answer the phone in a timely manner.great employee brought items out maybe he should be moved to the call center

Pick up is awful. I put my order the day before I wanted my pickup and got a call on my way to get my order that it wasn’t going to be ready for at least 45 minutes! Then as I sat waiting on it several other people got their orders.

Never a manager available and if you do happen to get someone to answer a call they disconnect you. If you call back, you get referred to a number with an automated message. Zero stars!!!

They have variety of options. They even have an aisle of healthy foods. Way better than one in Pearl. I will drive an extra 5 min to get here

RESTROOM REVIEW:Most important spot. Nice, clean restroom. No trash, clean toilet and PLENTY of paper products! Two flushes up!Now, the store is also clean and we'll stocked with great products and good people. Love my Kroger. 💜

To the young lady, Porsha Jones that helped me today…..THANK YOU! You went out of your way for a customer you didn’t know. I was having issues with my card and only could tap to pay(which Kroger doesn’t take at the moment) and she offered to pay for my groceries with her card if I just cash app’d her the money. She saw a mom and her kid, and took action. As I tried to share this information with the floor manager so the lady wouldn’t get in trouble, she looked at me with disgust. I often wonder how people are chosen for certain positions. Anywho, thank you again for the act of kindness Porsha, I hope it takes you far!

The employees are always really nice and helpful in the pharmacy. Trenia especially deserves a raise!, she's awesome. I really hate their computer system though, it's very frustrating to have to wait thirty minutes for something I called in three hours ago. It's not their fault, but I think it should be fixed as it's very inconsiderate to other people's time.Other than that and the fact their front bathroom needs maintenance- horrible smell-, this location is good.

Though the prices are almost always higher than Walmart, the store coupons and deals do more than make up for it, and the environment is so much calmer than that of Walmart. The only bad experience I've ever had here was a few days ago, when my mother and I were trying to get balloons blown up for my birthday after 6 PM. The employee running the self checkout claimed that we could not get them inflated since the florist's hours were 12-6, but last year we were able to get balloons after 6 PM without the florist there, so something isn't adding up there.

This Kroger is about average. The service isn't terrible but it's not great either. The management is working on making it better from what I can tell. The store was recently remodeled. So it's looks nice. It's clean. It sells gas but depending on what time you come through you might have to wait a few minutes. Overall not a bad store. But not a great store either.

Its close to my houseThe manager is really on the move he is always workingStocking, cleaning, checking groceries through, helping in every way even asks if you have been waited on in the meat dept. If he sees you just standing there.He is polite respectful not to mention good-looking too.

I use to always like coming to this Kroger but now I will no longer shop here because last year around this time I went and caught a real bad cold and now I have caught the same nasty cold. Even though I always use the handy disaffected wipes they have to wipe down my cart before usage they seem to never work. I feel that need they to come up with a better method of making sure that the carts are more sanitary during cold and flu season

The pharmacy at this location is extremely slow and unorganized. Not what you would expect from the Kroger family. Service got so bad i had to move my prescriptions to another company. My 2 star rating is for the pharmacy only. The grocery dept is just fine IMO.

I had a pleasant time at Kroger. The employees that I interacted with were very nice. I am also a Girl Scout Leader and we where treated respectively. Our Troop 3905 would love to say thank you for letting us sell cookies, we are trying to raise the money for our camping trip to Yogi Bear and to get cups with their troop number and their name on it.Thank you so much.

I was greeted in the parking lot buy a friendly lady getting up buggys. She was so kind and after I finished shopping she asked me if she could put my groceries in the car. I had a way to go and it was hot. She saw the cooler in the back of car. she took the time to go through all the bags and put each of my cold items lovingly stacked so they stayed frozen and nothing was mashed. This woman saw a older disabled person and took the time to make me feel valued and cared for. I hope the management recognizes the valuable employee she is. She went above and beyond. She was not shirking her other work. She did both. I had just left the doctor and was not happy. I was tored, sick and discouraged. This wonderful woman made my day, week, month. She showed me love for no reason other than she is a good person. This lady deserves recognition as well as a raise. I will stop by this Kroger every month from now on in hopes of bumping into her because of how she made a old sick lady feel. She renewed my faith in people and gave me hope for the future.

The amount of time that it takes to get thru the pharmacy line seriously needs to be addressed!!!!!There is no reason that it should take an hour to get thru the line with only 5 cars ahead of you. This needs to be fixed immediately.It's the exact same on the inside, with 5 people in front of you. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!!

I shop at Kroger all of the time and have NEVER had an issue until this evening. The cashier Alexia was not only rude to me (shrugging her shoulders at not one but both of my questions I had about products I was purchasing, and actually ROLLED HER EYES AT ME after the second question), but to my two young children as well. It is tragic that this negativity is clouding the positivity that I have typically experienced, but I have never in my life experienced such rudeness and disrespect! We will be driving down to Wal-Mart for the time being, as I refuse to hand our money over to someone who thinks that this kind of behavior is ok!!

I got to seafood department at 19:47. I ask Seafood manager. Are they still open? She had such of nasty attitude. She was snapping at others in line. Saying her worker has to leave. In the next 5 mins. He doesn't get paid for overtime

2-3 bags were left out of my buggie totaling Almost 20.003 - 2 liter drinks 2- lb blocks of cheese and 2 lbs of sandwich meat, ham and chicken. Sunday I went to get and had no problem getting the things I left, the manager was very nice about it. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The Pharmacy service(s) here are incredibly poor. The wait time is way too long. Even after being in line for 45 minutes, I was told one of my rx's would be ready in 30 mins. This same rx was already supposed to have been ready 4 days prior, and I had received the text showing it was ready for pick. However, I was told I would have to wait in line again. RIDICULOUS!!!

Usually I give 5 stars every single time I come to kroger but I live 30 miles away and had a coupon for large shrimp to be $5.77 for up to 3lbs. I ordered online, checked to allow substitutions on every item so in case they were out of that size they could replace it with a different size they had available. I drove all the way back home and had no shrimp AND I WAS MAKING GUMBO, and on my order slip it showed they just elected to not fill my order instead of opting to actually do what their service states they do, which is replacing my item with one of equal or greater value. And I sent my husband inside the store before we left just to verify they were NOT sold out of shrimp by any means and my order could have been substituted with a different size product. I am very disappointed in their performance and it will be a very long time before I spend anymore money with this branch. I will start driving to Brandon to pick up my kroger orders. I also contacted corporate office regarding this matter. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I spend a lot of money every single week between my husband and me buying groceries but they just lost a $1,000+/mo spending couple thanks to their unwillingness to follow their own policy on substitutions for pickup orders.

Love their wide selection of items. Clean, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Now offering a shop for you program where you call store/visit website place your shopping list, they'll do the shopping & you drive up to pick up your groceries.
