Otherwise, the items I needed were there.One register associate was available at checkout, and she was pleasant despite the growing line. WHOA! I had the NICEST cashier named Diana! I was out visiting a friend and they needs some snack stuff. They told me to go to this Dollar Tree. Don't like going to these stores that late, but she was funny and upbeat! It made my night!

Love the Dollar Tree and only reason for the 3 stars is because they are out of so many items that they normally carry all the time. It's not the employees fault, they are all super nice and love chatting with them everytime I shop there. But they have been hit hard during the quarantine and a lot of items are not being sent to them but they are working so hard to get their store looking awesome again and it really looks so much better than it did 7 months ago, year ago etc. I will edit my post when more things get sorted and back to normal as much as it can get. ❤️❤️ My Dollar tree!

Very disappointed in the customer service. I came to this location and only attempted to buy 3 things. As soon as I started walking to the checkout, the ladies there walked away from the register and started doing other things. I waited there almost 5 minutes and one of the ladies made eye contact with me and proceeded with what she was doing. As she was doing this, a lady walked up to a different register to pay for her things and the worker immediately went up and checked her out. She never once asked me to come to the other register so I put my things back and left. Won’t be back here.

I love Dollar Tree. I can and will go in just to look for just one thing and just like now spent $9.37. That's my favorite store.

I went in here at 6:30 when it would normally be a very crowded time. There were about 5 in front of me and 4 behind me backed down ilse waiting to check out. There was one lane open and has been like that a few times. I felt so bad for that one cashier. You really should be ashamed keeping her up there by herself with a guy putting very few things on the shelves and one guy that was walking around up front. I'm not sure if he was the Manager, but he was getting germ x out. Seriously, nobody is too good to help this girl out. I hope the excuse would be there is no money In your registers. You will be losing business if u keep this up from alot of people

The Richland Dollar Tree is by far the nicest, cleanest Dollar Tree I’ve been in. The shelves were neatly stocked and the selection of items were things I hadn’t seen in other Dollar Tree stores. I was sold on the craft section alone. I live in a neighboring town that has a DT that never seems to have it together. I think I’d rather drive the extra miles knowing I’ll find what I’m looking for.

This store has the cutest things and constantly gets better. The store is close to home and convenient for picking up last minute things. Buy the items you love when you see them or may not see it again!

Love going to Dollar Tree! This store is not expensive to take the kids into and let them get a happy or two. Also it is a good place to pick up cleaning supplies, paper and plastic silverware and plates. Always new and different types of what-nots.

Came to this location 10/2/22 at 753pm and the lady ALREADY HAD THE DOOR LOCK WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?? THIS LOCATION AND THE ASSOCIATE LOOK AT HER WATCH WHEN I APPROACHED THE DOOR, YEAH SHE KNEW SHE WAS DEAD WRONG FOR THAT AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION
