Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! They never answer the phone, they don’t let me know when my prescriptions are ready!! When you have a question no one can answer it!!!! The worst and I’ll say it again is the pharmacy not answering the phone, I was on hold for 30 mins and still no answer.

They said my medicine wasn't called in. The doctor tried calling in again while i waited and stayed on hold forever. I didnt see them answer the phone the whole time i was there. Doctor called back and was put on hold again. Wasn't ever able to get ahold of anyone. I left after 45 minutes. Doctor called medicine in to another phaacy and it was ready in minutes. .

The window process outside for picking up prescriptions takes no consideration for the customer. Ridiculous wait times, with little to no sense of urgency. Do not use this pharmacy service if you respect your time, this business does not.

I waited at the counter for approximately 30 to 45 mins . No one else in front of me before I was ever acknowledged while two employees behind the pharmacy counter laughed and talked and took out trash. One yelled we will be with you in a min as they continued to carry on. Finally the pharmacist said something and I got waited on. I picked up a prescription and asked that another be filled she said sure it will be ready in the morning. I go back that following evening and waited in the car line to pick up for approximately 45 mins only to be told they do not have it ready so I go sit in my car for over 20 mins, I get the text it’s ready I go in only one person ahead of me and it took another 45 to 60 mins for them to wait on me only to be told at that time they only have a few of my capsules enough to get me through the weekend and that I will have to come back Monday and do this all over again. After this I’m done wit them!!!

This pharmacy use to be so fast and efficient. Now it takes days for them to fill my online prescription (BP med). Not a stock issue, this I'm certain. Once you arrive they takes hours just to hand you what is suppose to be filled. The second I noticed the entire staff was different I knew there was going to be issues. I actually pass by Walgreens in Byram just to drive to CVS in Richland and I live in Byram all because their service use to be unmatched. Not to mention they don't answer the phones anymore, smh. Pharmacy or front. Somebody rescue this pharmacy, plz 🤦🏿‍♂️

I used to love the people at this pharmacy. They knew me by first name and were always so helpful. They have changed and are very rude. I was even asked to spell a name then told “i know how to spell” once i spelled it for them. I’m sad for the few people that i still enjoy seeing there but we won’t be back.

The lady at drive thru pharmacy is a jokeAsked for my name and Dob twice.So go to puck up script which has been over 2 hours to fill. After sitting in drive thru she says drive back through drive thru and my script will be ready by that time a line is behind me. You really expect me to wait behind all them people when I was first

Excellent customer service and professional. CVS specialist Pharmacy location can help anyone that has to take multiple types of medication. They also check for medications that can counter react with other medications that can cause bodily harm CVS is an excellent Pharmacy outfit...Sincerely,Mr.Kyzar
