Doors locked at 7:52 with a sign on the door stating, "Close at 8 due to no staff"..Took pics through the door of one employee stocking shelves and the other employee ringing out customers at the register.Sad part is, this is pretty much on par with their regular customer service..

I love shopping at this particular store because of their prices and products. I stated before that the workers are over worked from having to work the register and stock. I am sooooooo glad that one of the employees that worked at Shelby drive store near the library is no longer there. She was rude with loud mouth.

This store is absolutely nasty. How can I start this. It's a disgrace to the community. Stock is everywhere inside the store. Shelves and racks are in the middle of the aisles. Nothing is organized in the store. Garbage are in a basket outside the store. Cardboard container are over filled out side the store. I have reported this to corporate many times how nasty the outside/ inside of this store. Try another Dollar General not this location.

The clerk greeted me as I walked through and guided me to the item I wished to purchase. If I owned a business I would have this young lady as my lead employee. She was amazing, and I do not even know her name.

Restrooms available but no lighting in ladies room used by my sister. No trash can outside per usual practice at most stores. Staff was friendly and wait short to checkout. Cashier tossed my trash for me when asked.

It is as unorganize as it was before renovation. It started out being 5 stars, the best DG in the area and ladyer for about 4-5 years. Now it stay in terrible shape. One register open no matter how many customers in line or how many items in your basket. It can and should be better. The store in Barton, and in Byhalia road and Hey 78 are by far the better stores.

Not open at 11:04 on a Friday but lights are on and a car was outside running with nobody sitting in it, plus another van.

The store wasn't visible from the road...the items i wantywd weren't hard to find...the prices were what i was looking for...the customer in front of me was very inconsiderate and made my wait much longer than i anticipated...the clerk was rather friendly...and the store was clean...overall...a pretty good visit

Found very few items for a dollar most items were almost the same as a convenience store anywhere else except it had a better variety household product. Maybe they should change the name to Dollar Plus store!

Clean store everything was easy to find there wasn't a long wait and the cashier was very friendly I actually like the customer service representatives here more than any of my local stores ((:

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Every staff member especially management absolute rubbish. The manager and assistant manager treat the staff like utter rubbish. A -5 star rating to the rubbish manager and their equally as horrendous assistant manager.

Dollar General has a knack for building convenient stores with an amazingly wide selection of what folks need. From meds to food, sanitary needs to clothing, pacifiers to party items -- I've always found what I hoped for at Dollar General!

This place is terrible. Shelves unstocked, boxes and carts in the isles, trash in the parking lot. Dirty employees. I only go there in a pinch.
