Knowledgeable staff but a bit pricey. I am lowering my rating to 2 stars for the new owners. They are no longer willing to pick up your mower from your house. Unfortunately, I am unable to get my mower to the store and I imagine that there are others with the same problem. I found someone else who can help me maintain my mower but I would have preferred keeping it local.

One of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. They never have what you need in stock and they don't act like they want to order it for you. They've had my mower deck for almost 8 weeks and haven't touched it. They've lied about having to order parts or the tech is off. They won't return phone calls. If they treat all their customers like this they won't be in business much longer. I'll never grace their door again with my business...

Do not buy a Lawn mowee from here. The kwalski will not honor the warrenty. Ithought the building supply was over it bit Tim is still over the repair and the call over repairs. We took care of our lawn mower that is just 13 months old maybe used 5 times. It has used o I l since we got it but was told thats normal no itsnot. Than it ran completely out and burent the motor up.
