Excellent service and outstanding staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We rolled into Quitman, MS from out of state (WI) and our air went out. We stopped at Advance to get some Freon refrigerant and Tyrrone G. was an awesome help! He stopped what he was doing to come out and check out our situation. He was very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Kudos to great service and helpful staff! And we have cold air now! 🙌🏼Thank you for the great service and well wishes on our trip! 👏🏼👏🏼

they have only 2 employees that even know motors have different sizes I think u should be able to pass some type of auto test before u can work here

My son and I went into this store today and Lopez spent 15 minutes helping us figure out 2 different options to use as a guide to install a mount for our customer. He was right!!!! Great customer service, very patient and knowledgeable. Give him a raise.

Not only was their inventory appropriately displayed, it also has a unique feature that I've seen in no other advanced auto parts anywhere; it's restroom is in the front! I really had an 'oh no! I gotta go!" moment and luckily I was already there. I've never quite understood why most part stores encourage its customers to walk past their inventory in the back of the store while I use the restroom mostly unmonitored. I always felt like it was impractical

This place is a joke!!! Parts are more than double than you can get online. For example, my father in law needed a belt tensioner for a 1998 Toyota Corolla, Advance wanted 170.00, Autozone wanted 150.00, got it for 25.00 online. He also needed just a solenoid for his starter, they wanted 89.00 for one, got the starter and solenoid together for 98.00.

I usd to think this place had friendly service, but no more. I have spent $100's of dollars this year in parts and supplies. After installing windshield wiper fluid in my truck I was told i could not use the restroom. Never had problem before. I believe I will take my business elsewhere for now on.

Great store, everybody is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean store, shelves are always stocked and they run some really great sales from time to time. Order online and pickup is easy. If you need help with installation the staff will do a great job and give you some advice on how to do it yourself in the future. They offer a range of diagnostic testing as well and I think they offer tool rentals.

My family of 7 had broken down on 59N south of Meridian, MS, while heading back to Indiana. We had to call a wrecker and get towed the store to get our battery charged. When I say you all were a life saver that's just what I mean. The ladies working there stayed 30 mins after closing to charge our battery when they didn't have tooo. Thank you all soooo much.

Came here on Sunday Evening Feb 24 to get what I needed for lawn mower grass cutting time. Manager Jennifer Rigdon was on duty. She was super ! Got me everything I needed & wanted to make sure I had the right battery which she ordered . Can’t not say enough about her knowledge of their store . Got everything in a quick manner ! Great Job!As a follow up to this I was given the wrong spark plug for my weed eater . It was too long & the piston knocked the tip off . Luckily I was able to get it fixed for $ 40 but it could have been a lot worst & more expensive!

The store is conveniently located which is great but it's the associates who make the Quitman, Ms store. I'm not a mechanic and I have to figure things out on my own and these guys are great at helping me to do so.
