The guys were great in the store. More than willing to help me look for the right part for a toilet. I needed a tank kit ball not the whole kit which the young man found for me. However when I inquired about a bulb for my unique lamp, I quickly decided not to purchase the bulbs, because they were non-refundable.

Prices are a bit higher than the big box retail stores but thats what you pay for the convenience of having a hardware store next door in a small town. The staff always asks if I need anything. I can't really complain. Thanks to them offering good service during COVID-19.

Found everything we were shopping for. It took two clerks to end up finding the right piece of plumbing we needed for an emergency fix to stop a leak in our RV, but we didn't know what the piece was called. We could only describe what it should do. The young clerk did fetch the more knowledgeable "older guy" who quickly realized what was needed. Kudos for the younger clerk knowing when to get assistance and being willing to admit it.Older building with some parts of the floor sloping up or down. Just watch your step.Closes early at 2 pm on Saturdays.

I was having trouble locating what I needed in the store. And employee came and helped me find exactly what I needed. He did it with a smile and he did it with professionalism. Prices are a little steep, but worth it when you get this level of service.
