I have never been disappointed in my food from Jack's. It was a family staple to eat there for Sunday lunch, because they had such a variety that everyone could find something they like. I especially love their chicken biscuits and iced coffee - they put some love in those biscuits! The only time it's been slow for us is because of a crowd of people also waiting to dig in and enjoy Jack's!

Food was what you would expect from a fast food place. The dining area was clean. Service was not good. I stated I want 1 of the meals off of the $6 menu. When I checked my receipt, I was charged $7.49. I know this sounds trifling, but I was specific in stating the $6 strip meal. I was in a hurry, so I couldn't stay and wait for the correction. Listening to your customers is the prime responsibility in "customer service."

Waited 20 minutes to get a biscuit and gravy. The guy in front of me had been there 40 minutes to get his food and it wasn’t all there. He left without getting all his food. But 2 of the employees summed it all up telling people “to leave them alone. And they didn’t even want to be here”. This place is deft not what it was when it opened.

Great service and atmosphere but the food is sub par. Hamburgers are ok but not much taste to them. You taste the veggie toppings more than the burger. They’re also very small hamburgers with small patties. I was thinking maybe meals 1-4 were the equivalent to something like quarter pounders but they’re not. The three meat burger is more like a McDonalds triple cheeseburger but twice the price. Wasn’t impressed at all.

Update 4/14/2024 returned for second chance. Service great, food hot and fresh, order correct, and clean restaurant. Recommend revisit. Service was slow inside store. Three in line ahead of us and took 15 minutes to order. Short staffed for Sunday lunch. also could not get waited on for drink refill even though mgr looked at me several times and just ignored me. Hamburger average, chicken tasty. More flies than customers. Will not drive to Purvis for poor service and average food. Several customers left line to place order due to wait.

The food was absolutely disgusting!!! The sweet tea was sour and was absolutely gross!! The chicken was burnt and hard!! My sons kids cheese burger was so burnt he couldn’t even eat it! The table smelt like old mildewed bleach and was I was going to confront the manager about the food he stated “I’m not even supposed to be here I got called in because they are so short staffed” but the manager gave us a refund and tried his best to make it better!! Definitely need some new management and staff!! The guy that took our order did his best but he was a cook and when he asked for help they would either brush him off or was completely rude to him!! I had to walk to the counter multiple time to inform them they didn’t give me some of the stuff we ordered and paid for!!! We definitely will not be back

Workers went above and beyond after a basketball game for our team. There were some learning curves for the crew but we really made them put in the work.Wheelchair accessibility: The only I don’t know about is the men’s bathroom. But the accessibility of the store was nice!

There is obviously no leadership in this store, walking in there was a drink spilled all over the counter !Workers were acting like they had never seen a female at the window, screaming like Wow ! the front counter where you ordered had a drink spilled a nd it was ignored until we tried to tell them how to clean it up. Management needed

Slow drive through, had to pull up and wait, after 3 cars behind me left with their orders I went inside to see what the problem was, found out quickly the manager or shift leader was trying to complete all the orders while staff was waiting. New restaurant, needs better management. I regret I wasn’t polite by the time I went inside. The food is good but I will support the small businesses food trailers from now on, Jacks doesn’t need my money.

I’ve I could give 0 stars I would. Not a table clean food all over the floor, thought maybe they have just been busy I’ll over look it. Food came out pretty fast I would say, once getting my double cheese burger no pickle, no secret sauce, it had all of the above no big deal they are new, I’ll over look it and just ask to make me another one, manger snatched my burger out of my hand, made me a new one. Once getting back to the table upon looking at my double cheese burger, was plain with only one patty instead of the double cheese burger I paid for, no big deal I’ll just eat it and grab some ketchup from the condiment section, no ketchup there I’ll just ask for some, manager once again threw 1 packet of ketchup on the counter with the worst attitude. Needless to say I asked for my money back and will take my business else where. I hate that Purvis can’t have somewhere nice to eat with somewhat decent customer service.

I am from Alabama! We have Jacks back home. So when I seen Jack's was coming to Purvis, I was elated!!! I always enjoy my trips to this location. I will say that 1 or 2 employees each time that I went, Always messed up our orders. And at times the biscuits do not have that Jack's quality to them. But, Hopefully all the kinks are being worked out (being a brand new location and brand for Mississippi)!
