When I called to see if this agent was opened I spoke to the office girl and explained I had called the previous day after lunch with no answer. She informed me that they have been closing at lunch on Wednesday’s for “how long now?” I felt belittled because I’m new in this area and had no ideal. I went to this agency driving from HATTIESBURG.I had no ideal that it was close to their lunch time when I got there. I was informed right away when I went in. We went in to speak with the agent and he was in a hurry to get out for lunch because he was meeting his mother. We felt like he wasn’t interested in our business.The agent said he would call me later that afternoon or the next day with a quote. It has been 2 weeks and we haven’t heard from him.In the end I feel very degraded and the people that work at this agency are very condescending and prudent.Bad personal service.

This is by far the most affordable (auto) insurance I've ever had. The office feels comfortable and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

These people at this office are so nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service. Especially the front office staff. They have always been considerate, patient and knowledgeable. I have been with this agency for years and would not change.
