Pizza Hut in Prentiss is TERRIBLE. I’ve been to this location twice in the last year or two. Both times were because they “offer curbside pick up“ and both times have been a negative experience. Tonight, I ordered online and pulled up to the restaurant at the time my order was supposed to be ready (20 minutes after ordering). I clicked the “I’m here“ button in the email as instructed for curbside and called the restaurant to let them know that I was there. A woman answered the phone and said that they were busy and would not be able to provide the curbside service. I explained to her that I was not able to come inside to get the pizza because I had two small children in the car with me and I was alone. After hearing this, the woman said that they would bring the order out shortly. I waited patiently for 20 minutes (I couldn’t see they were busy), the lobby cleared out, but still no one brought my order. I called again to see if the order was ready. I was told that it wasn’t and then placed on hold. Another woman came to the phone with an attitude saying “This is the manager. What seems to be the problem?!?” I’m confused at this point because I had not made a complaint or had an attitude. I explained that I was just trying to find out what was happening with my order. She proceeds to fuss at me like I’m a toddler and repeated that if they were busy, they couldn’t do curbside and I would need to come inside. I informed her that a young lady was at my window with my order. She paused a minute and then said “Oh. Well I guess we’ve slowed down then.” The problem with this location seems like it’s always been the managers. Oh yea, and they didn’t give me a sauce I paid for. I was so patient and understanding tonight and this is what I got in return. It’s okay though. Because I won’t ever go back and I’m sure they won’t miss me. I just hope they don’t treat everyone like this. And thank the Lord He’s still working on me cuz…🙄

Being that we live in a small town there aren’t many options. This order was one of my worse. First my pizza order was wrong and when I called about it they were out of personal pans and due to the holidays I understood. Then after finishing my pizza I notice my cheese sticks were very hard were I could barely eat them. I’ve had issues in the past and always just say something to the guy that works there (who by the way is very nice and professional) but last night he was off and when calling back the girls were rude

Have pizza ready at the time specified. On recent call in order, after waiting the specified "be ready" time, I arrived, looked up on board and saw that my pizza was ready. Clerk told me it was not ready and that it would be at least 20 more minutes! Needless to say, I was not happy. After returning 20 minutes later, I asked why the board showed that my pizza was ready on my first trip, the clerk told me that the names go on the board showing "ready" when the order is called in. I knew better, was thoroughly disappointed!

Tonight we went in and picked up a pizza poor fella behind the counter had his hands full. He was working his behind off with looked like no help. This guy needs a raise although he was doing it by himself he still handled it with professionalism and was very kind. This makes it 10 times better of a experience when you have some one who's not only under alot of pressure but was handling it all with dignity and grace. This guys name was Stanley on the receipt God Bless you Stanley and Thanks for being kind under the circumstances and the great pizza. From.Scott and Steph

Pizza Hut in Prentiss Mississippi not hitting on nothing i spend good money they i place a order there tonight i was told it will be ready at 9:55pm..I try to order wings but was told they had to change out so no wings..I was There at 10:02pm they said i couldn't get my pizza why in the hell i wasn't not told 7 minutes to late and you still in the building you let the staff go before ten pm the lady had such a bad attitude i will never spend another Dime there again...Muddie Pool Hall....

The pizza is too thin, doesn't taste good, small amount of meat on meatlovers pizza, and hardly any customers. They are an insult to the name Pizza Hut. I would not recommend it.

I place all my orders online. Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza, paid for extra pepperoni and extra cheese and did not get either one. There was not enough pepperoni on the pizza for a regular pizza much less extra.

joke nasty dirty no delivery 1 mile from store . also won't take debt card for personal pan so they can pocket cash
