The cashier heather was very rude when asked to look in system to see what was in my buggy that was not a food item. I had to pay cash the look my self and then get my cash back. I was nothing but nice to the girl and got nothing but told she didn’t care. As someone that works with people every day to see and receive this treatment is totally unacceptable and disappointing. This is whay I only shop there when I have no other choice

I bought one pork chop and a side of rice & gravy this morning from the deli and the pork chop was still pink in some areas but the rice & gravy was pretty good but being charge $7 for it wasn’t necessary was a huge rip off.

So far the prices are great and the sales are amazing. I'm sure it won't last as they are converting and getting old rameys items out and replacing with piggy wiggly items. And if it does last than piggy wiggly will be doing a great service for the town and community. One other complaint is there are items they have taken and I've asked them to put them back on the shelf and I've yet to see it return. We have Spanish people in Jefferson Davis and well sometimes it's a bother to drive to the Spanish stores to get chorizo. And yes it's kinda a big deal in our home bc my son loves his eggs n chorizo. 💙 I know they'll get it bc I won't stop asking until they do 😉 lol 😆 keep up the great work and prices and sales. The quantity of meat in the meat department is ❤️ . Our dollars are hard worked for and quantity for a good price makes families ends meet better.

This is a a nice little store. The people in the deli & throughout the store are nice BUT the people at the registers are not friendly & never smile. It’s not just one but all of them. They seem to hate checking you out & it would break their face if they had to smile. I am sure this is probably the only people Ramey’s could find to work. It’s ashamed because this is a nice little store. They should have a day to teach them customer service with a smile.

Prices are above average. In comparison to Sullivan's in New Hebron Ramey's does in-fact lose grossly and this is applicable to overall morale of the staff at Ramey's as well. Especially to the manager at Ramey's I only know as Brad. Just doesn't accommodate the concerns of a customer in a cordial manner.

This Rameys is a very clean and orderly store with helpful employees. I don't shop here very often though because there prices are much higher than anywhere else I have shopped. They are the only grocery store in Prentiss Ms and they take advantage of that fact. I live outside of Prentiss and drive 11 miles more to Columbia Ms because prices are much better there.

Great choices and selection. Some prices are great on certain items. Ramseys has no other competition, so buy or leave it there. Its convenient and so what else can you say. One stop grocery.

Friendly staff. Store recently updated and kept clean. Offer hand sanitizer and to wipe down basket or cart at the door. Masks are not required at this time, but staff wears masks.

zero healthy options caters to old, African American cooks. no new brands. takes advantage of lack of transportation in the country with HIGH as hell prices. twice what I am used to paying. 8 dollars 12pack soda. be ashamed Ramey. 5 star ratings are done by employees at bosses insistence. Employees have bad attitude. talk about how they are ready to go home and don't help even if you are disabled and ask. Give me the evil eye as soon as I walk in. I just moved here so I couldn't have angered them. They just hate job. WEAR A COAT EVEN IN SUMMER. it is COLD COLD COLD

It stinks, literally! Bad service, lame selection, really sucks all around. I live a block away and I hate having to go in even just to get a gallon of milk here. They need new management for a start.

Employees were nice but the deli plate lunch was terrible, it tasted very old and was lukewarm and soggy, we arrived before 12 when it should have been fresh for lunch.
