There are two females that work at this store, and if they wore their name tags I would be able to call them by name. They are two of the most rudest women I've ever come in contact with. I believe one is a manager, but because they don't wear name tags, I'm not sure. I try very hard to keep my composure when dealing with people like them, but they've pushed me dangerously close to the edge during this last encounter, so I've decided that I'm not shopping at this location anymore to avoid letting my anger get the best of me. The turnover rate with employees is so high that I'm sure they'll be working somewhere else in a matter of months anyway. That's if their attitudes don't have them out of a job before then, or worse, in the hospital or a grave.

Itll do for a quick run around town. The store needs upgrading badly. The poor cashiers have to key most of the items in because the scanner doesn't always work. There is only one working register meaning lines are ALWAYS long. I understand its in a small town but they can do so much better. Floors always cluttered with unshelved stock. It's not the best but it's something & something is better than nothing right?

My visit at the General Dollar Store in Port Gibson Mississippi was really poor. There was a cashier at the store by herself, yes by herself. She had to lock the door and wait on the customers in line she was overwhelmed and Afraid. I find this to be very unfair to leave her in the store by herself to serve the community. There was very little lighting around the building anything could have happened to her. I certainly hope that General Dollar Store can do better by treating their employees with respect and value.

Disorganized, I went in looking for triple A Batteries and they only had a few double A Batteries. This store needs new management.
