The store was clean from my experience. I used the self checkout line. It went quickly without any issues. The girl that was working the self checkout told me to have a good evening when I left from the self checkout area. She is always very friendly. The items I was shopping for were in stock at a price better than local competitors.

The automotive center here is trash. I paid for an oil change and that usually comes with vacuuming and checking the tire pressure. They did none of that. They didn’t even reset the dashboard. When I checked in the guy was on the phone having a whole conversation and when I checked out (different guy) it took him at least 10 minutes to come to the desk. I’m never one to complain but this is my 2nd time receiving bad service from them. Don’t waste your time or money.

Dear Ada, after 15 years of experience I’d expect you to understand how rude it is to not speak to your customers. I spoke up starting the interaction, just got looked at, asked for cigarettes, didn’t even look at me, I wasn’t even sure you heard me until you picked them up. The entire interaction the only words you said to me was “I need your ID” and the total. Rudest interaction I’ve had in a long time with someone.

Walmart will steal and cheat and over charge Seniors and the Disabled!!! Original grocery on 3-19/24 was $105.50 online credit card, they then got my debit card and charged my bank account , where no funds were available!! It costs $142 to a disabled fixed income person!!!!

Came in to exchange premises, they don’t have exchange bottles, ASM can’t help because she doesn’t have a key, can refund me the money I pay for them which by the way I bought at this locations and can not make a decision. Needles to say useless. Bottom line is you go above and beyond to help out the customers that continue making a paycheck for everyone that works here, with out customers that come and purchase there would be no income coming, this is not this first time this has happened, but was I white and if would have been a different story.

I have never seen more polite professional people than at your Pontotoc Walmart today. Alex was so courteous when we were checking out and sent us off with good day wishes. Jon had a big smile and met me taking my cart from me to put away. Again wishing us a good day. You have some great employees that made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Thank you.

Yesterday I had a bad experience at the auto service area. Took the car for an oil change and tires rotation. At my arrival only one person was there at the counter and no one at the service area. During the 2 hours waiting only 2 cars were serviced together with mine...at one point seemed like the balancing machine got a problem and 5 employees/technicians were around not doing nothing else than looking at one guy trying to solve the problem. Spoke to the manager this morning and he was not aware of any problems. His disconnection with the work force was obvious, his answer was "I was not in the shop yesterday and I don't use my personal phone for the business. He did not have any report on the situation. No explanation as of why there were no employees in the morning.

Tried to get a department to talk to. I called 4 times. Transfered to the department and after 5 minutes of ringing still no one. Someone answer the phone. I pressed 1,2,3,4,5,0 and all the rest of the department numbers. I could of already up there.

Always find the majority of my needs here at a great price. The auto department always does a great job, I've never had an issue. Great deals on new tires. A good place for grocery shopping. Find most grocery items here cheaper than I can at other places, besides Dollar General.

As long as you can make it thru self check out without having to interact with that guy that hates his life and apparently everyone else in it, you're good! Just don't look him in the eye, don't attempt to speak to him, and if you need help, just abort mission, it's not worth it! Yeah, that's all!

Beware!! This review is for the delivery service. Recently ordered online & opted to have my items shipped. The majority of my order was being delivered I found out through a notification this am. I could track & contact the driver only before it's marked delivered. I was keeping an eye out & suddenly got a notification my items were delivered & a photo of where items were left. Photo was a close up of my bags only & items were not anywhere outside my home. The option to contact the driver was gone. I tried calling my local Walmart who was responsible for this delivery 3 or 4 times & no one answered the phone. I finally found an 800 number after searching for problems with my order. The person I spoke to was so nice & told me he would refund the amount I was out. I still need the stuff I ordered but this was better than nothing. If I could have possibly spoke to the delivery driver or someone in charge of deliveries I could find where she possibly left it. If the photo taken was of the actual spot my order was left at instead of only a close up of the bags, I could probably tell if it was my neighbors home. My house is not hard to find. I also have a camera outside & no vehicles came down our road, at least by my end. My house number is clearly marked. This is a huge inconvenience for me & I will never order online again because I'm afraid it won't be shipped & handled through a carrier. But will be delivered by someone locally who apparently has no experience with it. I'm giving 2 stars for the prompt refund when I called the company's customer service. I know it would not have been easy at all if it were handled locally though. Just know you are taking a huge risk if it is something you need or at all. Because someone else will more than likely be enjoying all the free stuff they just got. And you will not be able to contact your local store, at least not this one.
