The new store that shares with Family Dollar is really clean. The isles are clear & not blocked with excess stock or anything. New stock added all the time. Lots of great deals if you can catch them. Some items worth well over the price increase to $1.25. However, you have to be careful not to pay more when other places have same or similar items for $1 or less. My favorite must have items are in the beauty section. For instance, makeup wipes & face serums. The only thing I definitely would not recommend is the batteries. They don't last long at all & have a tendency to corrode quicky & even leak. This has actually ruined something of mine. There is plenty of good parking spots & it's easy to get in & out of with normal traffic. I love that it's combined with Family Dollar. And I really like the FD app & digital coupons.The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the consistently rude staff. I'm only removing 1 star but honestly deserves 2 removed. They are not friendly at all. And especially if you dare shop near closing. Not at closing but anywhere within the hour before it seems like it becomes a problem. The worst is checking out no matter the time. A lot of times no one is up there when you get ready to check out. Then for whatever reason it's a huge rush for you to pay, get your stuff, & get out the way. For instance, last time I couldn't even put my wallet back in my bag because the cashier was piling the next customer bags on top of mine. And then not bagging some items for whatever reason making it harder to carry especially if you have several others to carry out. I mean, since when doesn't pet food get bagged?? It also makes it more difficult when trying to bring in once home. It's just little things like this where unless it's a specific item or cheaper, I much prefer their competitor up the road.

Love this place. So many great deals, all for $1. Lots of high quality items that cost big bucks are often stocked at this one. Great for arts & crafts. As long as you are creative, it's as good as a big box store for DIY. Staff is usually very friendly & helpful. Food selection is small but the items are always good. Large selection of kitchen necessities. Must check often to get the best deals before they are gone.

Every Family Dollar Store / Dollar Tree that I've been in lately i have been very pleased only with. The stores are very clean, and not cluttered in spite of recently being merged into one store. That sounds like I've been in a lot of them, actually it's only 2. The Bruce store, only once but i got a really good deal on always cool sheets and a new comforter. The Pontotoc store I've been in 3 or 4 times

I love this dollar tree. It's usually well organized. The staff is nice. It did seem down on merchandise. Many empty shelves. Over all I love finding a steal here.

Get ready for an American holocaust. Only this time, it's with the mark of the beast. Our suppliers can't deliver, and our stores can't sell. Dollar Tree is doing all they can to meet customers needs in this difficult time. I commend their efforts.

The lady I talked to was very helpful. I only had problems at this store 1 time. And that was a couple years ago. So great store. Yes I'm a picky person. I do not give compliments easily at all.

I don't get why they merged the stores. It was way better just being dollar tree but it's not that big of a deal🤷‍♂️

Went for balloons for my nephew who passed away it was his bday. The woman who did the balloons seemed irritated that she had to do them. The balloon area was very unorganized and they were out of most of the balloons I wanted. However I do want to say the gentleman who was working the cash register was VERY nice and peppy and greeted everyone with a smile and small talk.

I live here in Pontotoc, nd this is a great place to shop.... The only time I've seen empty shelves, was when they first opened... Now that business has picked up tremendously, they keep it pretty well stocked! Great selection! Keep it up Dollar Tree!!

Very sloppy place. Empty boxes every where. Merchandise scattered all over the floor. The two girls working the store was chatting and laughing up front. Be careful when you go there its a fall hazard waiting to happen.

Store advertising a "Big Closing Sale", however their sale prices didn't seem to be much cheaper than sale prices at other stores that weren't closing... This Sale will have to get alot better before I shop there again.
