I'm sharing my review because I am a frequent customer and have always liked the clothes but the service and attitude of the workers were not very courteous. however, I went a couple of weeks ago and the difference was very noticeable. I was waited on by a sweet and patient lady who seemed to really enjoy her job and serving customer needs. I wish I had gotten her name but I do know she was from the Oxford store. Please send her to Pontotoc more! She was a breath of fresh air!

The worst service. It was an inconvenience for me to be in there shopping and obviously annoying her. Attendant would ignore me when I asked a question then when I proceeded to ask the same question again, she would cut me off and answer in one word before I got the entire question out. Slammed clothes back on the appropriate racks after they didn’t work for me. Won’t be back.

I usually find a few things here but I only go twice a year. The odd thing is that everything is one color XD. I love what I do find becuase it fits well and lasts. Just be careful becuase some sizes run big.
