I would give them a 0 star if it was possible. Literally made a child wait 4 hours for their pain meds after surgery. Their excuse was they didn't list it as waiting even though the dad came in every hour on the hour to check on his son's medication. Kept giving him the run around the whole time.

This is the WORST WALGREENS IN MS.-REALLY IN THE U.S.!! I have tried numerous medications at the pharmacy, and everyone they have declined!! And without checking, they automatically say, Oh we don't have this!! How do they not have my seizure med. every time?? They are LAZY!! AND VERY RUDE, TO NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY PRESCRIPTION 1ST, AND THEN TELL ME THEY ARE OUT!! That is Horrible!! They really need to be looked into! Oh, and to call them, that is a whole other story! You will get hung up on, or wait 20 mins.-b/c they are to busy to get to the phone to hang up on you!!! So, my advice, don't wait on hold!!!

Where do I begin...... I called the pharmacy to get information on availability of a medication. When the pharmacy phone Answered I was put on hold and 5 seconds of on hold music played and the call was terminated. I called back several times and it did the exact same thing.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a complete joke. They are constantly screwing up. The staff is completely incompetent. They do not have a grasp on how insurance works. Had to get my son to pick up a perception, and they changed him even though my insurance is on file. I go back myself, and they would not refund the money. They stated my insurance would not cover the medication even though my insurance has covered it every single time. Called the insurance company and confirmed they do cover it. They will not return my money. and will not fix the issue and charge the insurance company. I will no longer use this company. This location has gone down hill over the last year, and does not seem to be getting any better.

This pharmacy is the true definition of insanity. I've been on 3 calls- 35min duration each call on hold to be hung up on, in person staff is not proficient, poor customer service and all customers are a complete inconvenience to them suggest any questions on medications decuss with your doctor

Have gone here 10+ times and not once have they had all my meds filled. There phone system filling out prescriptions does not work all the time. They have given me the wrong meds before. Do not use this place for your prescriptions.

The pharmacy is understaffed, smug and ultra slow. They will have 20+ people in line and just take their sweet time, crawling around like sloths, spending a minimum of 5 minutes bs'ing / troubleshooting with the person at the counter. Terrible pharmacy.

The pharmacy is a joke. The people working do not care if you get your prescriptions or not. Send your prescriptions To another pharmacy unless you want to wait days for it. I got the text and phone call saying ready for pickup only to be turned around twice saying they were not ready.

I only gave them 1 star because I can't give them negative stars. This and every Walgreens I ever go to are the worse places on the planet. The staff are as dumb as they come as slow as possible you can definitely tell they get paid by the hour. And every since that started giving vacancies they have all forgot they are not Dr's. I would not advise my worse enemy to visit this place. Go any where but here please people.

I love this Walgreens. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is very busy but the new pharmacists and techs are helpful and pleasant.

Bad ordeal with a gift card. They switched the one I purchased and put 400.00 on with a inactive card.They refused to refund my money and told me I had to call the number on the card. Of course the card company couldn’t do anything because it didn’t match my receipt and was never activated.After a few days, the card was miraculously found in the store. Imagine that.

Good store about one of the only pharmacy around town and we have 2 go figure instead of other pharmacy around bc walgreens is always so busy at pharmacy bc of this reason

My absolute favorite place to shop. Friendly staff and always clean. My only gripe is too often I go to get my RX ans there's no pharmacist so they can't give me my kids meds. I had to switch to cvs for medicine but everything else is top notch.

Kept answering and hanging up the phone had to get prescriptions filled at the other Walgreens! Don’t know how to delete but was told from other Walgreens that their system is down today and that the computers and phones are not working.

One star because I can’t give less, the pharmacy is the worst place ever. Doesn’t know how to charge insurance, started calling at 4pm on hold 20min each time and get hung up on each time. I hate having to go here so the last time was the last time.

If you call the store there is no way to talk to anyone in person. Wasted 10 minutes messing with the automated response BS. I just hung up and went elsewhere. Worst phone customer service ever.

Slow and pretty expensive unless the items on sale. Nice staff just takes forever to fill prescriptions. Pretty clean though. My favorite are the toys and seasonal items.
