I use to enjoy going here but lately they have gone down hill. Today i picked up several bags of horse and chicken feed which isn't cheap and apparently they won't help you load anymore, then they have the nerve to tell me to bring his cart back when I'm done. I won't be going back here any time soon. I can buy horse feed and whatever else I need elsewhere. Didn't need the rudeness and attitude from them today.

They have everything nicely stovked, faced abd fronted. we came from another town to purchase from here bc our local story didnt have what we wanted. very clean and employees we nice as well . more of a selection then my local store. Carhartt clothing selection was very big. the clothing section was bigger bu far as well.

This store is amazing. They have everything for all animals, and the best clothing ever. The last 2 times I've gone in here have been for someone else, but somehow I've always ended up coming out with something for myself, including a shirt that I'm going back for next week that was out of stock in my size last time I went in.

Update:There has been a change in management. The lady who managed the store prior to covid is back, and it shows. The problem managers are no longer there. Glad the store is back to being a good place to shop.Up until this past March this TSC branch was AWESOME. There was a lady there (wish I knew her name) who was a manager and she was great. There was a guy who was also a manager who was also very helpful. But I haven't seen either of them for months, and since they disappeared, this branch has really taken a nose dive. The last few purchases that required management to do something has been a disaster. Everything takes FOREVER. And not because they are crowded, but because they are just horrible. They go to get something or someone to complete your purchase and just disappear. Go and start helping another customer, or just enter the twilight zone and you can't find them. After my trip there this past weekend, I have now officially written the place off. Wont go back. And we used to go there a LOT. All my feed (I have over 100 chickens) now comes from a feed store that is twice as far away. Such a shame to, because the place really was great before. My last trip to the Slidell TSC reminded me of how ours USED to be.

Tractor supply is my favorite place to go being an old farm galI love walking through there I'm seeing all the farm implements and the smellsI'm just crazy kind of that wayanyhow you got some really helpful folks in therethe place is well stocked with anything you need customer assistance is but a call away... they explain everything to you ...help you find things ....and then they got some pretty good prices on top of all of that ...so y'all go on in there tell them I said to treat you right ...

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and were asked if we needed help finding anything. Ever employee we passed in the store greeted us and asked if we needed help finding anything. Was definitely a pleasant shopping experience.

Went to Walmart first for lawnmower battery. Clerk was too busy on phone to wait on me. Went to Tractor Supply. Was greeted in friendly manner and directed to battery. Checking out was quick. I was told that warranty was good at any TS. Highly recommend

This store is always merchandised with the greatest seasonal things and they always have the nicest staff. I just wish they had included a dog wash like they have at several of their other locations.

Oh my God I got to say God bless Tractor Supply in Picayune Mississippi Matthews and the other guy as of the 10th today that was working the cashier or the best in the world I'm a single mom with two teenage kids who love dogs and they God blessed us with a small bag of food for the animals we got stranded here Amen to them thank you Tractor Supply for helping us here in Picayune with RV park and a tent God bless you I will bless somebody else with an animal when I'm able to thanks for being real thanks for being family and thanks for knowing how it is

I always look online to make sure the product I want is in stock at the store before I drive all the way over there, but 75% of the time when I get there the item is not in stock, then when I ask employees they say you can't believe what's posted on the website lol, maybe this is why Home Depot's business is doing so well.

I think this place should be rated 5 stars by everyone 😊 I absolutely LOVE to shop in this store when my husband and I go into this store together he’s very afraid ha ha afraid of his wallet getting flatter 😂 I find so many things that I just have to have and a great selection of animal food and supplies I absolutely LOVE to shop in this store ❤️❤️ I would give a 10 ⭐️ if I could ❤️❤️

Still a 1 I would like to see one employee or manager ask "can I help you"!. The whole deer in the headlights is really out dated. I hate walking into a store only to feel like I shouldn't be there. If that's ok with you then go for it.

I purchased 10 cans of dog food, but when I got home I discovered that one was bad. I went to swap it out and they said I owed them 21 cents because now I was getting one can instead of 10. I said no, I am just swapping out the 10th can that was bad. The young man obviously did not understand. I wound up paying 21 cents that negated my reason to buy 10 to start with.

Very helpful associates. And the associates are very " findable". You dónt have to look far for assistance. The staff are, also, very nice.

I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to purchase PTO powered tiller. Had to get refund because I was told that it would be assembled and ready for pickup on Wednesday. Called Tuesday evening to make sure it would be...no one knew what I was talking about. Drove there and the tiller in same spot as it was on Monday, still not assembled. Treated poorly on phone by glib and unprofessional employee. Its ok....I wonder if TSC is happy losing $1800 (and interest) worth of business because of poorly trained and unprofessional employees.
