My boyfriend and I decided to bring our pooches to Sue's grooming since our original groomer is booked until the end of next month. Well we showed up early to pick up our pets since we had finished running our errands (2 hours later) and she hasn't even started on our shih tzu or bichon frise. When we walked in she went to get our shih tzu (5 months old) and began to cut his hair. Well this was his first hair cut so usually he was a little uncomfortable, we watched as she took our newest baby around the neck with both hands and squeezed as she was trying to strangle him and yelled "I told you to stop! I'm old school, you keep it up!" We looked at each other petrified, wanting to hold our baby. Finally she "finished" the shih tzu. Most uneven hair cut we had ever seen. We later had to go home and even the hair ourselves. Then it was our bichon's turn, he's more laid back given his older age, therefore he gave her absolutely no trouble but she still nipped him all over and gave him an uneven hair cut. When we received both of our pets back, they smelled as well, she keeps them outside after she gives them a bath, so basically the bath was pointless. Sue's grooming is the worst place I've ever been and will not be returning! A waste of 30 dollars!

I use Sue for my shih tzu JoJo and 5 yorkies Fonzi Bear Lollie Pop Amos Sugar Pop and Moses. She does a very nice job. She will do it how you like it or if you leave it up to her your furkids will look fabulous. She's been in the business for a long time. My furkids love her and JoJo knows when he goes to the beauty shop he will be able to see. Thank you Sue for being kind to my babies and doing such a good job. See you soon
