Be careful using a debit card. The machine jumped over asking if I wanted cash back and went straight to pin number. When complete, the clerk handed me $50. She said it was my cash back. Told her it never gave me the option and I didn't get the option to select anything. I never get cash back there because they charge a fee. The clerk just shrugs her shoulder and says I don't know what happened. Bad service and faulty machines!

Friendly staff, very helpful. Hard to find in these times. Employees act like they enjoy their jobs not like it is a chore to wait on customers. I hope all their employees are like this. Quite a lot packed in such a small store, but it doesn't seem crowded. Prices are very competitive compared to Dollar General and Wal-Mart. Worth checking out.

Mgr.is very friendly and will stop what she's doing in a heartbeat to help you. I only shop here because of the friendly workers and i feel like I'm in good hands there. Other stores make it seem like you're bothering them when you ask for help. Cashiers are so sweet. Jasmine was my cashier and then 2 other cashiers are sweet too! I will always go there first. Prices are comparable to Walmart. Sharon is awesome!

Family dollar was one of my favorite stores until I purchased one of the Verizon cell phones. Please do not purchase a phone from family dollar because they do not honor their own return policy, so in other words you get no return nor refund for a phone that states Don't Activate and will not allow you to activate it. Now you're stuck with a phone and card that is doing you no good. Oh, and the staff seems friendly but they're liers on the inside, but that's up to you to determine.

I was greeted at the door by a nice young man with an athletic slim build and brown hair, that one gesture alone made me feel more comfortable and at home there. He was very polite the whole time, he asked me how my day was going and if I needed help. I politely declined the offer and went in the direction I thought the kitchen utensils would be. After a few minutes of me looking the nice young man approached me and asked if I was sure I didn't need any help. This time I decided to let him help, he quickly pointed me in the right direction. When I found myself at the register ready to check out, I noticed no one was there. Within the time it took me to turn my head to call for assistance, he was right on his way to check me out. I know it is his job to be kind and friendly but this young man really went above and beyond. I forgot the fellas name, I believe it was Mark or Matt. He definitely made my experience at family dollar a 10/10.

The store was out of a good bit of things, but I'm sure it is because of how wacky this world is now days!! Employees was very nice and helpful though!!

Whoever is the manager at this store needs to be fired, store is a disaster a lawsuit waiting to happen, merchandise all in the isles, boxes everywhere, I know the last manage who did work there had this location stocked and clean.

It's the family Dollar but zero reason not to give it a good review with the exception of their mobile coupons it's a pain to hve all the required items and even pre scan the barcode to make sure it qualified and then when at the register you don't get the discount, this alone is the reason I will stop going to any of them and then as owners or corporate you tie the hands of your people so they get yelled at because either it wrks or not and sorry I can't do anything is all the response you will get if any

This is one of the worst family dollars I have ever been to. The manager is rude the store is ALWAYS A MESS AND DISORGANISED!! BUT TODAY TOP IT ALL!! I stopped there for basically dumb stuff to glue puzzles together for my daughters and the old lady tells me after my card has been ran and I have signed that she needs my ID. So OK I pull out my ID and card where she can clearly see my name address and birth date. As I'm holding it in front of her she tries to snatch it out of my hand which did not set right with me so I jerked it back and asked for the manager so she literally screamed across the store for the manager Sharon. While the old cashier backed away laughing the manager started to yell at me that she was doing her job. WRONG! YOU CHECK ID AND CARDS BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION!!! I AM AN EX CASHIER I KNOW THE LAWS. AND IT DOESNT INCLUDE A CASHIER SNATCHING THINGS OUT OF MY HANDS! THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR THE CORPRATE PHONE NUMBER THE MANAGER GAVE ME THE WRONGNUMBER SNATCHED MY BAGS AWAY CANCELED MY TRANSACTION AND TOLD ME I COULDNT CPME BACK TO THE STORE SO I HAVE LOCATED THE CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER THANKS TO GOOGLE AND NOW AM ON HOLD. I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSE WHERE! ESPECIALLY OF I WILL BE GETTING SERVICE LIKE THAT!!! FAMILY DOLLAR YOU NEED A NEW MANAGER AND NEW CASHIERS! CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDEA THE CUSTOMER IS USUALLY RIGHT AND I WILL NOT BE YELLED AT BY SOME OLD LADY WHO LOOKS RAN DOWN ON DRUGS!! NO WONDER THEY DONT HAVE DECENT THINGS IN THAT STORE OR ALOT OF BUSINESS!!!

I would rate the family Dollar store in picayune maybe a half of a star if that every time you go there those women that work there every one of them is light up outside smoking cigarettes and the manager she's the main one that's out there smoking smoking cigarettes and on their telephone that is not professional at all

Do not go here if you want to be treated with courtesy. Manager rolling her eyes at me while I was making a purchase, huffing and puffing and saying very rude things to me. Her name was Sharon.

Watch out for your pricing milk says 3:09 they charge you 3.99 plus 7% sales tax which comes to a total of 4.27
