Some of the worst servicesince COVID started. My wife and I went to the DQ in Picayune on 09.19.2022 at about 6:46 pm. We went inside to order and eat in store. One of the employees was at a table eating. Two others were working in the kitchen. Never once did anyone come out to take our order. One of the ladies did make eye contact twice. The girl at the table looked up from her cell phone and ignored us. After what seemed like 5 minutes we left. Never once did any one there say we’re busy and will be right with you or give us any courtesy whatsoever. We Went next-door to sonic where we got great food and outstanding service.

UPDATE 1/19/2019:The service was much better this time around. Plus it was half off Blizzard day! I may have had a lapse in my medicine for the previous google review.The vanilla shake I ordered is very good! However I just we got $20 back in quarters, so I had to use it up and decided to buy my kids ice cream. The order was $10.12 and when I handed the lady handful of quarter she looked at me, almost disgustingly, and says “oh Lord” very rudely. She was about to hand me the ice cream until she saw all the change I was putting together for her and closed the window until she could completely count it out, making sure I wasn’t “shortchanging her“ is it that hard to count 40 quarters? I did it in about 10 seconds!! By the time she handed me the ice cream was halfway melted, because God for bid I drive off before she counts out the exact change. I am an honest man!

Well,I had to wait for about 40 minutes before I got to my order, then it still wasn't ready when I got to the window and to top it off the kid was asking me what was the order? Really??? Managers are paid to train not to sit back and watch a TV of how the new employees make mistakes.

So sad to see it go! Service is horrible, here's whyLWe order spend over $30 on the food. We get to the window, pay, get my card back and THEN I'm told that there is NO gravy!!!! AND I ORDERED AND PAID FOR EXTRA!!!! THEN YOU SAY OF WE DONT HVE ANY!!! MY HEAD WAS SPINNING AS MY CHILD PULLS OFF SO I DON'T GO ACROSS HER through the window. Really ?! It was so nice in side. The workers were sweet. I ordered and sit. She thought I was dining in. When she found out I was going home she brought me a cup holder and put my cups of drink in it. Brought my food to me. I thought that was really wonderful I didn't have to get up and go get it. It was clean in side, night music. Food was very good. I am going to go back. Family was happy.

I only ever come for the blizzards, so this review doesn’t encompass the actual food items (except for the chicken fingers.. they are good and crunchy)! Compact restaurant with amazing, delicious ice cream. Everyone who works there went to school with me, so I suppose the customer service is pretty good. Industrialization meets small town ice cream lovers!

Came in tonight about 10pm with my kids. The young girl at the counter was taking the orders and running food, and was marvelous. Honestly, I walked in and saw a young crew and thought maybe it wouldn't be great. But the service from the cashier/food runner was outstanding, all the other employees were very friendly and everything was great. They checked on is to see if we needed anything and tolerated my crazy 2 daughter's lol. Will be back soon.

I have loved Blizzards since I can remember, but this was the best Blizzard I have ever had. Mixed perfectly. My husband felt the same about his shake, and the employees were friendly and welcoming.

We had a small chocolate malt and small hot fudge sundae with pecans. Of course it was good. I don't understand why it's so expensive. Service staff were pleasant. And why don't you have maraschino cherries anymore? What the heck.

Won't allow me to rate zero stars. Burgers seemed the frozen microwave type. Dry, no flavor. As did the chili dog. Coke and fries were good. Service was good. Will NOT go again.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal and flame thrower meal first half the fries were missing in both containers when i opened my chicken sandwich i found nothing but the chicken and a wad of mayo. This is not how i ordered my sandwich. I was traveling so i did not have time to go back tried to call and no one ever answered the phone.

Way too expensive and over rated. I got a banana shake and it's nothing like sonics banana cream shake I got a large one out of town the other day OMG it was DELICIOUS! til... I spilt it all over the floor less than halfway after drinking I was so upset I wanted another just didn't want to drive! It's ab 10 miles or more!!!! Shake looked like a vanilla with yellow tinted coloring I was creamy though not just a vanilla shake with pieces of banana in it. Eww.

Normally a place i love taking my kids, tonight was by far the worst service I have ever received. Lady behind register got my order wrong. Then once I brought it to her attention. It was ignored by which time I had already had 3 kids finish food, so ordered blizzards. 3 blizzards all same flavor so cant mix them up only got 2 after pointing it out she went to make the 3rd herself. In total I spent 2.5 hrs getting wrong food, and being stood at counter trying to sort it out.arrived at 5:54 didn't leave untill 8:22. Completely ridiculous normally I'm in and out in 45 mins maxiumum. Wont go back on a sunday evening again will only come in if I know the crew in charge of that shift.

The chicken tenders tasted like was fried in old oil. Didn't get the sauce cup! Usually the food and service is great. I'm just gonna say maybe it was just a bad day for them.

We eat here pretty often and our kids love it. I also really do enjoy the reeses blizzard. Be at of all if the further to serve it upside down you get it free.

The food is average but there blizzards are amazing! 3 stars because there food portion is meh and there whole dessert side is delicious! They should honestly just be a dessert restaurant!

Employees are great, but one of the managers is awful, and barks at me and anyone I bring to eat here telling us to leave as soon as we sit down with our food. We've put up with it because this is one of the only places to eat in town but I don't think we're going back.

Well let me tell you! Ordered on line: 2 orders of chicken strips/ fries. Shake and sundie only thing that was done well. Strips were hard fries not done and wait for it. NO GRAVY.

The food is good just like it was when I was a youngster. In my thoughts this place here just needs to serve breakfast and I could have three meals at the same place in the same day! Those guys were extremely nice and the place was also very clean!! I really think more people from picayune should start eating there.
