Went in there tonight for a few items and the older lady up front with the short hair on the register was borderline rude. Ask her how her night was going and she totally ignores me. Also staff or following me around like I was going to steal something probably because I have a few tattoos but none the less made me feel very uncomfortable and I won't be going back in there. They need better customer service and if you're going to watch someone you at least need to be a little more inconspicuous the staff member who walked back and forth by me 36 times while I was picking my product was kind of a giveaway just saying..

I had 3 prescriptions sent in yesterday and was able to get 2 of them. The third one; an Epipen they could not fill due to my insurance. I was told this around 1p. Well I go to Walgreens and they called after 2p to have the prescription sent to them. At 3:30p I went by Walgreens no prescription. I called around 7:15 p still NO prescription sent to them. I tried calling the pharmacy at CVS 3 times NO answer. This is ridiculous I need the Epipen in case I have another allergic reaction. If my prescription is not sent to Walgreens by tomorrow morning; I am definitely going to complain to the Better Business Bureau and their corporate office. I don’t like to complain but this leaves me no choice!!!

I recently moved to MS and had my prescriptions transferred to this CVS, when I went to pick it up I was told they no longer accept good RX discounts on narcotics due to the excessive use of people using the discount, my insurance covers the medicine but it is $90 out of pocket, with the GoodRx discount it’s $25. The way this economy is I’m just trying to save money every where I can. I will no longer use this CVS for anything and will have everything transferred to Walgreens!!

Never on time with refills, when the automated text from CVS tells you that your meds are available for pickup, then you arrive and find out only one prescription out of 3 was ready, then it takes 2 more days for them to unload the shipment. When asked about the text notification service, employee states that it is wrong frequently and to not trust it. Then today, calling about my prescriptions that were called in yesterday, with one medication that was not filled, the employee repeatedly tells me that the text service will let me know when my medication that should have been filled yesterday, will be filled. Employee was unable to advise regarding when the medication will be filled, after they completely missed the prescription, which was called in at the same time as the other prescription, which is available. The level of customer service provided by this pharmacy for the last several years is of the lowest quality.

Poorly stocked. They have a few employees that are seemingly nice but some that are very rude. Seems the regional management for CVS in southern MS doesn't really care about appealing stores or good customer service. The pharmacy is hit or miss. Used the pharmacy once or twice. My review is mainly for the rest of the store.

There are two large signs posted before you walk in that says Flu & COVID Vaccine schedule an appointment or walk-in today. I go early in the morning. Only one other person was waiting after me when I approached the counter and requested a vaccine. She ask did I make an appointment? I said, “No, there’s a sign that says you can walk-in.” She says, No, you need an appointment and walks away. I won’t be going there anymore.

If I could give minus stars, I would! I work inMandeville and live in Picayune. When I left work today I called the pharmacy to ask if my prescription was ready. I was on hold from the time I left work until the time I walked into CVS. As I approached the pharmacy there was one person ahead of me checking out. I asked the person behind the counter why they didn’t answer their phones and her response was that they were “too busy”! Asked to speak to the manager and she asked me to step to another window and she would have the pharmacist speak with me. The pharmacist reiterated what the counter person told me. This practice is totally unacceptable.The fact that someone can’t take a moment to answer the phone and acknowledge the caller is ridiculous. All I received were excuses for very poor customer service. Will NEVER patronize this store again.

They usually have what I need there but are sometimes slow in restocking shelves when they run out of stock. The employees at the front register are always kind & sweet & helpful. The pharmacy staff are not as friendly & helpful they seem to be overworked & overwhelmed most of the time. I quit using cvs as a pharmacy because they are too overworked.

One of the rudest pharmacies in this small town. Takes hours to fill a small prescription, even if its an automatic refill, and if you show up 5 minutes early, they still make you wait. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by filling a prescription instead of them getting paid to do their job. They are always short tempered and always out of the medications you need filled, asking you to wait a week or 2, for a medication you need that day and have been getting filled there for years. Its just getting worse n worse.

DO NOT GET MEDS HERE. I went to pick up my mothers medicine for 3 days in a row. I waited in line inside because the line for the drive thur was wrapped around the building. I watched as she told the 5 people ahead of me the same exact thing. We do not have it ready, we do not have your insurance. There was a problem with every single persons meds. She got to me and said the same line. When i told her this is my 3rd time trying to get this from my mom, i was promised it would be done today. My mother's medicine is on automatic refill with the same insurance for the last year. She then says well its not ready and her insurance doesnt cover. She made me put her insurance in then they refused to sell me one pill for my mothers heart. We switched everything to walgreens ! DO NOT USE CVS IN PICAYUNE!

They made a mistake with my ins.and insisted they were right. Went for 2days without insulin. Insurance co. Finally told them how to correct their mistake and got my insulin. Got four Humilog pens from them that were bad!!

The pharmacist don’t even deserve this one star you’re rude and they lie so bad about when your prescription can be ready they will fill it when they feel like it . I bring my prescription there she tells me it’s gonna have to be tomorrow then I’m like whatever so she comes back to window said she might can get me tomorrow afternoon then she comes back and says yes meds is on back order !!! And they are so rude !!!!!

Hire more folks, very unprofessional. Telling someone they stop taking scripts at 130 in the afternoon. No other customers in the store. Act like you want to help folks not push them away.
