Overall a good place, but purchased their 8-piece fried chicken—they gave me 6 thighs and 2 wings. It is supposed to be 2 of each part of the chicken. In the future, I’ll pay more attention as they put each piece in the box. They should, however, make customers aware of what they are doing when providing a customarily constituted order.

Don’t buy crawfish here , it’s cheap for a reason. They boil to many batch’s using the same water and the crawfish come out gritty and dirty.

Made poboys wrong they put non ripe tomatos on poboys with the hard core.. instead of asking my name they referred to me as people and the workers were playing around in the deli would not acknowledge me standing there to take my order and employee who brought my poboys smelled like Marijuana reeking badly. Heard one employee tell another to take my order and she replied to him.... ummmm nooooo. Very unproffesional... It's not like it use to be and employees should be drug tested if thier coming to work loaded..

This store is a really good place. Love the meat prices. The only problem is they don't pay their employees well, I wuz there for a pretty good while, worked hard, did what they told me to do. I would work here again if they paid better.

That shrimp poboy was massive im full and can barely move edit so I love their in store sausage in the back great stuff got a gift card for a much more expensive butcher in town not going to mention names the sausage from the expensive place is god awful bland as can be do your self a favor buy your pork from Claiborne hill.

The best grocery store for miles. This place beats WM any day! Always go here for fruit & veggies. Fresh seafood and deli counter too. Sunday or anytime get some great fresh food or sandwiches to go. It’s always stocked, always friendly and very clean.

My chosen favorite for over 30 years, nice people, florial department is great. Helpful meat market staff, best deli food you can ask for. Baked goods are delicious .you can find cheaper grocery prices but theirs are not so bad and are close to other retailers. My Grands liked to sit on one if those stools up front and eat a BBQ burger. Always a busy place. Wonderful french fries to purchase as as a kid treat on Sunday after church. Good sales on steaks that seem to be on a rotating cycle.

Visited my hometown after years of being away. It was great to see that this little store not only surviving, but thriving. It's obvious why. Competitive prices and great meat quality. They get a lot of product in that little store. Produce was impressive. The hot food from the deli tends to be awesome, as you can tell by the constant line. I wish we had a Claiborne in Huntsville... (Hint hint)

I love this store. Staff will go out of their way to help, in any of their depts. Produce is always fresh. Sushi is made there. It is cheaper and BETTER than the restaurant in town. Lots of specials. Meat is fresh and good. Seafood has always been really good here. I come here first when I need something.

The quality of the meats has gone down. Always out of their sale items when I get there. I've told my friends that Claiborne Hill's Po Boys are the best. We all have found out they are not anymore! I will not recommend their Po Boys to anyone anymore. The flavor and quality has most definitely gone downhill. They are not how they used to be. So disappointing 😒

One of the most organized stores I have been in for years. I greatly appreciate the smiling faces, and eager assistance when passing by the seafood area. Every aisle is fully stocked and easy to navigate.My only gripe was not seeing prices on the open cooler frozen section,But no means worth a deduction of any stars as every label and package was easy to read and make choice.Upon entry I immediately was greeted with fresh produce that I could smell, Something which I can't say for other grocery stores.Update: Cassandra kept the hot food bar clean, and best chicken forward facing. I was excited to come to lunch thanks Cassandra

I love this store but sometimes the veggies aren't real fresh. I've bought vegetables that were advertised on sale to get home and to my surprise they are rotten look good on the outside but look a little deeper. That's disappointing when you are preparing dinner. But the employees are very respectful they smile and they are willing to assist you.

I love shopping here and i spend alot of money but the last three times i went there is always a problem at the deli first time there was something brown all over my American cheese second time it took 25 minutes to get three things cut cause the boy was in every one’s conversation and kept stopping now today get home and both American chey and swiss look like it was just thrown in the bags and had no papers at all between the cheese guess im gonna have to find another place to shop whwn i called and aaked for store mgr she said im one of them then when i told her the problem she said ohh let me get u the deli mgr then the deli mgr tells me oh they have new people and that i should have ssked for a lead or someone thats been there

Terrible employees. I was accused of taking bread from an employee's basket (who neither had a basket nor knew where she was, as she referred to the store as her house). I tried to tell an employee and was loudly humiliated instead. They refused to pull the tapes, refused to even give their name or a number to call to speak to an owner. We called the Waveland location, and they took our complaint and never got back to us. Awful experience. I do not recommend this store.

Nice prices and a lot of homemade products. Only problem I've ever had there was always getting spoiled chocolate milks and their packaged sausages had mildew in them. But all in all they are good at refunding or replacing anything as long as you abide by their return policy.

Claiborne hills supermarketOn highway 11 Picayune mississippiMe and my wife buy crawfish Every weekend . We bought 20 pounds of crawfish yesterday . This is the worst place to buy Boiled crawfish . they'd made me and my wife sick And still sick this morning Thank you very much for that .I used to boil crawfish with my father thousands and thousands of pounds I think the most was 3500 pounds a day and it never ever tasted different always the same . You do not walk the crawfish a lot of dead ones in them you do not clean them They taste very dirty And you definitely don't know how to cook them The meat is mushy and hard to get out the shell. The seasoning is unconsistent Always different. For now on I'm boiling my own I thought it would be easy just to go pick up some boil crawfish And enjoy but I was wrong

Two ladies in the seafood department are very rude dont ask them simple questions, dont interrupt their "work", you will be chewed out for it. I miss the two guys who used to work there, both always extremely pleasant even when they were slammed with customers. Sad.

She looked at my items and asked me what they were for and replied " ewww that's nasty proceeded to bagged all my items in individual bags, when I told her that was not necessary that she could save bags by putting some of then in the same bag she got a attitude. Great clean store. Variety of PRODUCTS. EMPLOYEES are FRIENDLY & will go out their way for you. There's always Sales, every week. Great sales. The young men are very willing to take your GROCERIES to your car & put them in the car for you. DISABLED FRIENDLY!!!! GREAT FRESH FLOWERS,POT PLANTS OF ANY VARIETY.
