Wait times are long and the pharmacists are rude. I haven't had any issues with any of the other employees personally, just the ones in pharmacy. First of all, they kept talking back and forth to each other while I was trying to give them my insurance information, which I had to keep repeating because they weren't listening. After about ten minutes of that back-and-forth, they had me wait nearly an hour to get the medicine, and it wasn't even all there. When I asked where the rest was, they just told me to come back tomorrow for it. I did, they still didn't have it ready.I thought Walmart's pharmacy was bad. This place is abysmal. This is peoples' medicine, their money and their HEALTH. This is a pharmacy, not playtime in kindergarten. Stop messing around and do your jobs.

In the past we haven't had the best service here. It has gotten somewhat better.. we had many employees very rude to us. Some very nice... we still get rude employees.. unfortunately but not as bad. Just 1 every now and then. There is one young light skinned girl at the drive-through that is very rude and shirt with us and we aren't doing anything to get that treatment. Every time we come she is like that. Almost like.. "I don't want to be here," type attitude... well.. it definitely doesn't have us excited to go through there and we are usually a but upset once leaving.. her attitude being that way.. wish it could be better for sure. Be nice to your customers! Especially the one's getting meds! Some are sick and don't feel well.. ignore the ugly customers and don't take it out on the nice one's! Anyway! Bathrooms and cleaned! The place is spotless, the store! They usually always have what we need! They are usually almost always helpful! The workers.. for the most part.. the store is nice. Good job there! I recommend! But hopefully you don't experience the few rude moments we have!

This Walgreens is ABSOLUTELY 100% awful I had transferred my prescriptions to Moore’s pharmacy in Carthage Mississippi because Walgreens and Philadelphia not only will they hang up on you they take too long they don’t have my medicine every time I’ve needed yet, so I’m done with them I had deleted the app I will never never use Walgreens in Philadelphia Mississippi again, and I would suggest the rest of you change pharmacies join Moore’s pharmacy in Carthage Mississippi. I have never had no problem out of them like I have Walgreens you guys are awful. I hope you shut down.

Usually the people working there are very sweet...however Walgree s has poor check out process is so long even with two or three customers I store. They do not prioritize customer that would like to run in for a quick speedy check out. It would be great if that could improve tremendously.

Very slow in the drive thru, went to get a covid test, which used to be free, they tried to charge me $159 for the test. I asked why they were charging for a test that was supposed to be free, they told me it was only free if you had insurance. That's crazy, if I could afford insurance, I would have gone to a qualified medical clinic. This is outrageous.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used the curbside pickup at this location and I’m either lucky or they are good. I’m going with good. Today’s experience was nothing less than exceptional. From the time I ordered to pickup. Once I arrived and checked in my order was out less than 2 minutes.

The person that runs Chik-Fil-A should come show Walgreens what to do. It takes way too long trying to get through pharmacy drive-thru. It doesn’t matter what time or day it is. It doesn’t matter if there are 5 cars ahead of you or if you are the only one in line. It takes forever regardless of the situation. Do better.

Literally was the only one at the register waiting to be checked out and there were only three other customers in the entire store and I waited for 18 minutes to be checked out and pay for the shampoo and body wash before finally giving up and putting it back on the shelf and walking out. What's even more discouraging is the fact that Walgreens stores is the only place that I can find creamo products

Walgreen employee broke down crying today. I saw her Lead person who acts like she is too experienced to help out and just goes to hide behind the see through mirror can't seem to realize she could help run a register. My God, that Lead needs to be fired for not seeing the stress she is placing on one individual. Gotta call corporate on this one.

NOT HELPFUL to a sick person, at drive thru, that can't go inside. (Aked the Long haired Blonde at drive thru for help.) Mind you There were NO customers behind me, yet she can't call someone to find out where the instant ice packs are.Left Drive Thru.I called the store for a manager, got Marlene, she said there would be an ice pack at Drive Thru if I come back, I gave her my name.She LIED!!!!! Came back to drive thru, 20 min later, no one had a clue.Jeanne, Personal number four, finally showed up with ice packs. But she had an attitude when I told her how the girl with the long blonde hair did me. She said "well we have to keep the line moving." Again, I informed her that there Was NO LINE behind me when I asked for the ice packs the first time!No one wants to help someone in severe migraine pain, pleading for relief...What would it have hurt for any of them to have had a smile on their face and been Nice, and maybe had an ounce of customer service about them and made an effort to call some to ask where the instant ice packs were???No one cares about their customers anymore, especially NOT this company & pharmacy!!Would give a ZERO star if I could!!!

Absolutely horrible, shorted us on insulin. Says they have none so I guess we will just have to go without. Insulin. Something that we need. They never get the medicine right. We have to sit in line multiple times to get everything. They say they don't have the scripts when the doctor called them in. Argumentative, never listens. If there is anywhere closer to you use them. Horrible.

Well I took the time to figure out what I had coupons (digital) for got up there and could not understand what happened. Anyway went back in to speak with the cashier and he explained that the digital coupons don't work that he had deleted the app for coupons because they hardly ever work. Shower would not be doing that again.

worst drug store in the city of Philadelphia Ms. used it 2 times was out of meds 1st time then refused to give me a refill 2 days before due date. went to CVS in Carthage . everything needed they have and no trouble with refills. i gave 1 star and they do not deserve that.

Horrible pharmacy! They rarely have prescriptions in stock and they never give a straight answer as to when they will be ready. I've made 4 trips over there to pick up my prescription when they said it would be ready & I still haven't received it! Avoid this place like the plague if you actually want your medication.

Lines are often 7 to 10 cars long and can take over an hour in drive through pharmacy drive through. It's ridiculous. Especially since you have multiple people working back there.

Worst service ever, last time i went there , to ask the price check from the ad about diaper , and the store manager on duty , keep not try sell the price from ad , and keep told me the price from the store , and I try slow her receipt from other wallgreen , and she still not try help me find out why the price different and keep told me , she can't give the price from ad , and I was so upset and told her , and I told her and will never come back again here , and she just told me bye with not nice face !
