In my opinion, some things in here are overpriced. A plug-in wax melter shouldn't run upwards of $20, lol. But aside from that, there's also a bit of an issue with staff. A couple of people in here are rude as can be. I couldn't tell you names, but there's an older lady with short, grey hair and black framed glasses that made really disturbing comments about cats. One of the things we bought was a cat toy that squeaks when it moves. For some odd reason, she got so annoyed that she said, "I'd kill a cat who played with this. It's so annoying." and then made a motion to me as if she were strangling something. Just... not appropriate at all; her tone of voice and facial expression legit scared me a bit. So uncomfortable.

I enjoy shopping here! The managers attitude could be better for sure. I get very bad ugly.. "I don't want to be here," vibes... makes a bad atmosphere! The coworkers that check us are very funny and nice! Very helpful! We spend alot of money here! So manager! Be nice! Set an example to the rest of your crew and also.. you want to keep your high buying customers... thanks. Other then that! The place is cleaned! Usually always have what we need. Thank you for that!

I bought a 40 ton log splitter here on august 1st 2023. There was a thin old white man with a beard that was very nice and helped me get it ready for towing. Honestly all of the staff I ran into that day were so kind and upbeat. They allowed me to take it around back and pack the bearings with grease. These splitters are notorious for not coming from the factory with bearing grease. I had a long journey home and needed to grease them.

I spoke with a young man named Tanner, and he was an absolute jerk... All I needed was some assistance on finding a product for my horses, and he pretty much told me that he wasn't going to help me or even offer to find someone that could help me, because he had never heard of it before. He wouldn't even attempt to look it up! I nor my family will be coming back here again for anything, and we've spent a lot of money at this establishment the last few years since its so close to our farm. That young man needs more training by management if they expect to keep paying customers.. I went online and ordered exactly what I needed from the TSC website and had it shipped right to my door. I should have done that to start with and I wouldn't have had to deal with that guy. Do better TSC! Shopping online from now on.

I have been in dozens of TS's all over the South East, and this one has by far had the cleanest, healthiest poultry in store for purchase. They take excellent care of the chicks in their store. Prices are a bit high for feed, but that's the new "normal", so it is what it is. Helpful and friendly staff. I am so thankful this is my "home store" now!

Fast, friendly service. They had most everything in stock. We have been looking for a specific pair of steel toe lace up boots that come up above the ankle for months now. Been all over to several TSC and every where we went they were sold out. We were just passing through and saw this TSC so we pulled in and to our suprise they actually had the boot and in my husbands size!! That made his day!!! So if your ever lokking for a certain something at TSC and you cant find it in stock come to the Philadelphia, Ms location and i bet theyll have what your looking for.

This is my favorite Tractor Supply store. Well stocked! It has a really great staff. It also has Veterans parking spots. Being a vet I really appreciate this perk. The only problem I had and it's at all the stores is that they will have a sign up that states 5% off an item and it will have really small print that states on "bulk purchase". Kind of silly. All the information should be in big print. Great store and I enjoy doing business with them.

Great to have this place in an area like Philadelphia MS. Open at night and have most things needed for rural/farm life. That's good since the town is out in the county. Only complaint is they're a little pricy at times but the convenience outweighs the negative. Open later/night is a HUGE PLUS!

I live in Meridian (unfortunately) went to the Tractor Supply here shopping for a little chicken house and all I got was attitude from female manager. Didn't have one. So I called store in Philadelphia woman that l talked to said they didThen a hour later she called back and said she didn't have mine but had one better and would make it right and she did. Would drive the extra mile to go back and recommend others do same. Thanks for everyone's help.

Onely 1 person in the whole store and she was out side filling propane tanks. Store full of people I waited at register for at least 30 min. Could cleaned the whole place out if I was that kind. !!!! ???? This is true, I have no reason to make things up. I'm 68 years old..😑

I bought a pull behind sprayer from this store In Philadelphia, Mississippi. I get it home and start to assemble it and discover its missing the tow Assembly. I call the store and they tell me they will get one and let me know. 3 days later no call, I call them and talk to John and he says they wont answer the phone.... so I wait. I purchased this sprayer on 7/5/2020. I called them back several times and they say the manufacture will not answer the phone. On 8/19/2020 I make one call to the manufacture , and within 2 minutes they are sending me what I need. Oh, I also noticed on one side of the box it is written do not sell. This is not the first time I have had trouble with this Tractor Supply. My suggestion is go anywhere but this store.John Burkes

I used to work for this company not this particular location but it is a great company i loved working here a lot of people don't realize just how much that TSC can do for their customers. Whether you are apart of the neighbor program or you have the tsc credit card if they don't have it on the shelf they can most likely order it and have it in a couple days.

Well I'm a driver and was waiting to unload for my 430am in the morning appt backed to the dock. A driver from Franklin corporation comes in with no appt and they made me move and when I asked why I got the silent treatment.

Terrible service...went to check out with 2 toys that had a price of 9.99 on the box and a label on the shelf...the girl checking us out tried to charge 13.00 for each one and when we brought it to her attention she said the price must have changed😳I had to threaten to get someone else up there before she decided to give them to us at the price marked...then she didn't put them in bags..had to bag them ourselves...her name tag said Chrissa...just for the record
