Only 3 stars because when you know what you want and where it is you are great. However if you need to ask someone a question or need help getting something down you can’t find anyone. My trips to Lowe’s that end up taking to long are always because I needed help and it a long time to find someone. I encourage to go local but I’m Philly’s case you don’t have a lot of options. Everyone once in a while you will find someone who knows something and will help you. More times though, Up are on you own.

Giving two stars ONLY BECAUSE OF THE ASSOCIATE AT THE PAINT COUNTER. She deserves 5. But the overall experience of this location as a whole is not even worth 1 star..Came in the first day stood in flooring department for over 35 min passed by multiple employees as I was waiting for someone to come and help me with the floor I had intentions of getting that day. After being completely overlooked and left to be treated like I was invisible, I left. The staff was more than just not helpful they were rude no one was doing something that was keeping them held up. The store was not busy. In fact hardly any other customers were inside.I decided that I would do an online order for pick up and just go home. I did exactly that. I was notified my order was ready and that everything was waiting to be picked up by every thing I mean 4 items vinyl sheet flooring, a blade , a tub of glue and a tool for the application of the glue. Very simple and easy to find things I had just seen myself and waited to purchase when I visited the store.Fine coolSo upon arrival not only am I met with a large number of associates who either chose to completely disregard my request for help or even tell me when I was going to get the order I had already completed online. They could not find it then they were bringing it then there was a problem with the location of it again. So I wait. 2 hours pass I shop around trying to grab a few extra items I needed to finish some things and not by any means a cheap time to try and waste while my order was m.i.a i still spend $356 and wait a bit more getting impatient for the $400 I already have spent that’s not been located or brought up yet. And no associate has any knowledge of what happened or why they cannot provide the products they notified me on being ready for pick up 4 hours prior this point. No one was friendly no one was helpful no one seemed to have anything that was really work or customer service related on their mind. I’ve always used Lowe’s for flooring the associate who was in the flooring department for years never had any hesitation helping me get the right supplies and was always very sweet and helpful. Kellie was her name I believe but it’s been years ago. I’m not sure what happened to this store but it is not at all what it used to be. I didn’t get the nice ladies name from the paint department but she was a sweetheart and she was very attentive and kind. The rest of the staff is really a joke from the experience and customer service received from today. I am very disappointed and sad to see how rude and unprofessional they were two young men who were customers helped us load the truck and no one in the area even bothered trying to offer. I will not do business with this location again.

I really don't understand why some employees just do not want to assist. If I didn't need the product, I would've just walked out. If there was another company to choose from, like a Home Depot, I wouldn't have even gone. Product needs to be brought down or supply customers with ladders.(Electrical) Getting attitude when asking for help is not appreciated. Also received attitude when asking how much something was. (Countertops) Apparently she doesn't like it when you push the help button. The countertop was apparently in the wrong place. Because it was $100 more than I thought it was at the register.The only reason I gave it a 3 star, is because the guy in the paint department was nice and helped me with a smile on his face. Glad he helped me first. By the time I got done with the other 2 departments I visited I was crabby and just wanted out!

Absolutely No Service, wheeled the Stair Case and got an extra fan off of the stock shelf, asked for help in Fans, Crickets- Asked for help in Door Hardware, Crickets- I know it's not that large of a sale but between 7 Fans, Down-rods and Kwikset Locks the ticket was north of $1,100- I really despise the CEO/Founder of Home Depots Politics- That's Over, we spent 6 man hours, 3 people 2 hours, waiting on ourselves- they announced "all associates not helping customers please retrieve carts from the parking lot"- There wasn't a stampede of Red vest headed that way... Projections have to be down based solely on no service- Evade this store

I was very pleased with my experience today at the Philadelphia Lowe’s. I called and they answered the phone and answered my questions I came to the store, and the workers was so helpful. Susan really helped us find what we was looking for and all the workers was coming up to us and they were saying can we help you? I was very pleased with it. I will be going back to that Lowe’s.

I needed help with a toilet. Emmett who didn't work in that department was so helpful. He helped me search for the one I needed, it was on a top shelf and on top of that he went an d located this lifter and came back and got it down for me with a smile , then this other gentleman came and helped him. Lowes these gentleman needs a raise. They gave outstanding customer service.

Had someone from the Meridian store try to call here to verify if they had products in stock. 3 times in the 40 minutes we waited with the store rep to talk to someone, the phone call was ended by the Philadelphia store.I don't know who runs that store, but that person should take a hard look at who they have employed, because we took our business to Home Depot instead.

Fraudulently advertises items on sale. They have a rack of various items in the back of the store with a sign that says 75% off marked price. However, when I took some items from that rack to the front, they would not mark off the price on the package. They said it was already reduced and the machine would not let them take off any more. This is simple false advertising of a price. See attached photos. The price marked is $10.06. The price should have been 75% off of that, but they refused. Pretty crooked.

Your website will only show me the price of tool boxes once I add them to the online shopping cart.Show the prices up front so it is easy to compare prices. Will not purchase anything if this pricing format is being used

My husband ordered flooring for our kitchen that was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday but due to the late hour (9 pm) we were called and told it would be delivered on Thursday. It was never delivered. My husband and I both called only for us to get hung up on. My husband finally got a hold of the delivery department to just be told they didn't know where our flooring was. 15 to 20 minutes later he was called and told it was at the store. My husband told them he would just come pick it up if the delivery fee $100 would be refunded. He was told it would be waiting for him at the front. He drives to the store and waited 40 MINUTES for them to find our flooring. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Updating review: What happened to this Lowes??? Workers standing around, not being helpful and blocking where customers are trying to go. Have one person running around making keys, mixing paint, and has key to locked up tools....no one else knows how to use the keys there? And usually, this Lowes is really great. Amazing the change in less than a year. Sad.

Selling refurbished washing machine at this location in philadelphia .ms 39350 as new . I come to lowes with so much excitement of buying washer and dryer 2020 just to bring home. A refurbished washer , return it for another but to get the same one back, returned that promise for a new returned again. I returned for a refund. I promise myself not to return to buy anything from this store, on August 11 2023. came to buy new washer just to have the same thing happen again.

Lazy, hick customer service reps and incompetent management. When you call, you will be on hold for up to 20 minutes before being disconnected. If you ask for a specific department, the people working there won't answer the phone if they are with someone else (which CSR's are supposed to do to tell the caller to hold, wait or get a call-back). When you get back to a human and tell them you've talked to 5 CRS over a 15-minute period, they just keep putting you into the queue.Oh, and that's AFTER you've spent three minutes fighting with the automated system trying to get to the right department, only to be shunted back to the front counter where Luanne and Betty Jo are busy talking about their girlfriend's new baby.No one will walk over to lumber or cabinets or flooring. If you walk up to someone on the phone, they won't look you in the eye, hold up a finger, tell the person on the phone to wait for one second so you can find out how long the wait might be.Lowe's managers have no clue about basic phone customer service. Good luck getting through to one of their minimum wage department people.

This is for the Philadelphia Mississippi location. The absolute most friendly and professional team I have experienced at any Lowe's store. I am from Tuscaloosa, shop Lowe's regular and they could take lessons from Philadelphia store. I shopped for one hour and Each person I passed spoke to me and asked to assist me and some left their work to approach me and answered my questions. My utmost appreciation for this team and hats off to the store management. I have been in grocer retail management for 40+ years, had some great teams but not sure if they match your Philadelphia team.HATS OFF!!! I always find help finding what I need and often am shown better ideas and products than what I originally had in mind. Getting to go to Lowe’s of Philadelphia, MS makes me look forward to home projects.

Called to get information on how to change an order from store pick up to delivery and they had me on hold for over 16 minutes then when they answer me they pass me on form one cashier to he next saying please hold for the manager. The last person who answer the phone said they can not help me and not to call the store for this issue anymore to call costumer service and when asked what the number was she told me to look it up. I asked one more time and she hung up on me.

Great workers who have no problem helping you find everything. It's a pretty big store with a pretty good product choice assortment. Yeah, a few things run out kinda quick but Lowe's actually has been pretty steady keeping stocked with minor hiccups, in my opinion. I use the app to look up items on their app to either find out where things are or to see if they have in stock at another location which is another plus in my opinion.
