Doctor called in prescription at 10am. Drove by store at 10:20 and they said they weren’t ready but it would only take 15 minute. I said that’s fine, I’ll come back tonight.Went in store to pick it up at 6pm and it was “still in progress” which means they never started on it.Will stick to my regular pharmacy from now on.

12 pills were missing from my narcotic prescription. Apparently they "checked the cameras several times and all 60 pills were dispensed". Then how are there 12 missing? Either the head pharmacist there, Cole, cannot do basic math or is stealing my prescription medication. Neither are acceptable behaviours. Now I will have to endure panic and anxiety for a week with no help. Thanks for nothing. I truly hope Cole gets the help he needs for his poly-substance abuse issues.

The older lady that checked me out was kinda rude and all she did was check me out ..I ask one simple question about how to do my bank card..the place was clean.. bathroom clean ..the other people in store was nice and polite ...easy in and out plenty of parking great location..

Absolutely ridiculous wait time to pick up prescriptions!! There's absolutely no reason to wait in line for 45 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of you. I get to the window and I can overhear them talking smack about the wait time. Poor management and rude crew

It takes forever to fill prescriptions even if you don’t pick them up until the day after you dropped them off. They do not let you know that a prescription is out of stock until you arrive hours later to pick it up. If it wasn’t the only pharmacy that takes Tricare, we’d switch. I had a prescription in pending status for 3 days recently. I called my nurse on day Two to get a PA and it was approved immediately. I just called the pharmacy again one full day after approval, it still wasn’t ready because no one took the time to rerun the insurance. Going on day 4 and still waiting for the prescription to be filled.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. The pharmacy nor the store will answer their phones. I tried for 5 hours. Once I arrived at the store I waited almost 15 minutes for meds to be bagged. The I was approached and told move to the side because the person behind me had been in a car wreck. Once at the register again my meds were way higher than my last pickup. WORST PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars. I received an email that my rx would be ready Tuesday at 12pm, I arrived Wednesday afternoon, after close to an hour wait I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back the next night, waited 45 minutes to be told it would be another 30 minutes. This is just the last of many poor interactions. I know losing my business means little to corporate structure, but I will be changing pharmacy’s.

I have seen many complaints on here about the service. I can honestly say that Walgreens has ALWAYS worked with me if there was an issue. They’ve even been kind enough to tell me that as soon as my cobra insurance showed active that they would refund me the difference that I had to pay as a self pay. They probably didn’t have to do that but that is the wonderful customer service I’ve received. I went today to get prescriptions after an immediate care visit and one of the prescriptions didn’t show up... they talked with the immediate care office and got it all sorted out! Another experience of great customer service. I am thankful for all that work in the pharmacy and on the floor. They’ve always been helpful and I’ve not had a bad experience! Thank you Petal Walgreens for being awesome!

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. I don't care what time of the day it is you will wait more than 30 min to be told your prescription will not be ready for another 30 min even though u got an email saying it was ready for pickup

Extremely rude manager on duty, today (around 1 pm CST). I couldn’t ask him a simple question without him becoming extremely triggered and walking away before I could even finish. His attitude was terrible, and without being accused of anything told me that “it’s not like we are sitting around doing nothing.” I just asked when I could come back to get tissue and paper towel (after being told over the phone, it was on the way to the floor 30 minutes before my arrival). This is clearly no place to go if you are expecting decent customer service. They just don’t seem to care. The employees are not engaged (cashier walked up to the counter, stating he’s “sick of this $#!+” after assisting another customer at the photo counter). This was my worst experience at a Walgreens. They tell you anything over the phone, and when you arrive, get upset that you actually expect them to produce.

I enjoyed shopping at Walgreens until they absorbed Rite Aid; the pharmacy was initially overwhelmed, but the employees worked hard and normalized. Recently, however, I was deeply disappointed. After having check-up one morning, I went by Walgreens the same evening to pick up my refills. (I had already called dr's office twice that day to make sure refills were called in because I had no more medicine.) That evening the pharmacist couldn't find my refills on her computer; she graciously substituted a generic brand for one, and I did without for the other, (having to borrow from close relative). I made it through the weekend, didn't receive any calls from Walgreens saying my prescriptions were ready (like they usually do), decided to go by Tuesday evening before closing. Yes, my refills had been called in FRIDAY and were ready, but because I'd bought the generic, I'd have to return it before receiving the brand name. SO WHAT HAPPENED FRIDAY? Why did I have to go in circles for four days mentally (bc the generic Synthroid doesn't work for me)? Today I returned the generic but the Synthroid wasn't filled yet, (the tech said) because I hadn't returned the generic yet! IF THE REFILLS WERE SENT FRIDAY, WHY COULDN'T I HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION FRIDAY? I can only guess, but I would love to know what really happened. (My nurse verified Monday that refills had been called in.)

Every. Single. Time. I have used Walgreen's pharmacy for anything there has been a problem with my kid's prescription. Seriously. Every. Single. Time. Because of that, I switched to Rite Aid and my orders were always done timely and they had the medications prescribed, unlike Walgreen's where they never have simple medications. They say they have to order it and will call, but I always have to call them to find out if they ever got it and they usually STILL don't have it. I get a call 2 or 3 days later finally. Who wants to wait that long for them to get a fairly common medication when you're ill. After they bought out Rite Aid, I automatically wound back up at this terrible pharmacy. The dr. Sent in a script, they claimed they didnt have it. Called my Pediatrician back, she gave the exact time stamp and address of when and where the script was sent. Called and told Walgreen's, and they STILL had to call the dr.s office to get a verbal script! Two hours later, my kid still doesn't have her meds and is in pain. I am livid. Why can't this place just get it's stuff together? I am changing pharmacies inmediately. This place is unreliable and terrible.

On June 19, 2017 I sent an photobook order in around 3:25 with same day pick up. I received an email stating that my book would be finished around 5:35 and that my order had been received. I arrive to Walgreens at 6:05 and was told that a lady just order 63 books and my book was not ready. I was told to come back at 7:00pm or call before I come. I tried calling the store before I went back and no one answered in the photo area. A automatic voice came on and said I would be transferred to another department; well I was and held on 6 minutes still no one answered so I finally hung up. I went back to Walgreens at 7:18 and they had not started on my book, still not ready. Feeling frustrated i canceled order and went to walmart. I could see that my book may not get done today. Very disappointed because I needed to get this book to a customer.

Horrible service. Called ahead of time to double check all of my prescriptions would be filled and ready before I drove 45 minutes to pick them up only to be told at the drive through that they couldn't be picked up for another 3 days. Transferring my prescriptions immediately.

If I'm going to Walgreen's, I'm usually taking my dad to the pharmacy drive-thru to pick up his medicine. 💉💊 However, last time, we went inside because he also needed coffee ☕, and I needed to buy a Total Wireless©️ phone card 📶📱💳💲, which I have to buy once a month in order to keep my cell phone active. At first, I didn't see any prepaid phone cards, so I asked an employee. She said they didn't carry the one for that particular company, but she walked closer and saw that they actually did have it! In the end, we got everything we needed here, so we only had to make one stop! I thought I was going to have to go to another store for my phone card, but it turned out that they had it there! Thank you Walgreen's!! 🏥🚙😊👩🔬👌💗💟💫

This is absolutely the worse Walgreens in the world. How do you have Western Union but not able to process someone to receive $150. I was told to go the the Walgreens on 49 in Hattiesburg. But the person didn’t even give them a call to see if I can pick up the money from there. No customer service what so ever

slowest pharmacy I’ve ever seen! More than a couple times I’ve called ahead to make sure my prescription was ready, get told yes, only to be told at the drive through it’s going to be another hour. This pharmacy makes me miss Rite Aid in petal more than any sane human should miss a pharmacy.

They closed rite aid and even have a sign ALL prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. Well that is except for mine. Mine is a controlled substance so mine was nowhere to be found. I absolutely refuse to go to Walgreens. They have always messed something up or not have something when you need it

The staff is always very helpful and friendly either in person or on the phone. The store is always clean and they will get you in and out as quickly as possible. Great place to shop whether it's for medicine or just stuff.

There are peak hours in the day and during these periods management should have employees ready to manage the register for the rush but always under staff by corporate is a poor reflection upon the brand and bad customer service to repeated customers. Just a matter of time before a billionaire decides to change the way they do business.
