I'd have to say that these guys were extremely nice to us and they didn't mind helping us with finding what we were looking for. Their store was one of the cleanest stores I been in. Super great experience with those employees.

Called to rent a trailer. Told me they had one available. Told them I'd be there in 30 minutes. They said,"No problem." I was there w/in 20 minutes and it had been rented out! My mistake, DO NOT mention that you have a coupon for a free rental! Especially, if it's the last day that it can be used.

The young male associates glared stared, and hovered during my visit as I was selecting 100 lbs of pet food. I speak plain english and am not threatened by someone asking if they can help me, but the demeanor of the associates was glaring, unblinking, unjustifiably vectored, and disrespectful. Upon seeking redress by phone the next morning, the associate called me " Boss Man". Punky acting male associates need training.
