Just what the doctor ordered. Great hometown family pharmacy feel. Too many good things to say about this family owned business. The owner, Kim Rodgers, does treat everyone like family. The owner is always available for any questions or assistance. The pharmacy now has a drive thru for quick and easy access for your prescription needs. I always recommend calling in prior to your arrival so the pharmacy staff can get your script ready for you. However, I would also recommend coming in to see the fascinating and eclectic array of products throughout the store. Really neat things always stocked and pharmacy staff are always friendly.

I want to preface this with: everytime i come here everyone is always very friendly. However, I went to pick up medication for my mother and when I picked it up, the clerk handed me a spiral bound notebook to sign where my prescription label was. She then went to get the medication. This list had addresses, names, date of births and medication names and prices. I felt very uncomfortable seeing other people's information, but the thought that a dishonest person could use this private, personal information and cause harm to someone is even scarier. I expressed this to the clerk and she replied, "you can come in and sign the screen." That's beside the point. This practice contradicts HIPPA laws and puts people in potential danger. Her response was, uhm, "okay," but if a customer has a concern you provide options or solutions. Coming inside does not remove other people's information on that notebook. My expected response was, "thank you, I'll bring that to my manager." If the manager never does anything that's fine, at least I was heard, not simply dismissed. This could potentially cause a law suit for the pharmacy if anything were ever to actually happen. Keeping people safe shouldn't be negotiable.

Locally owned, I get most all of my medicine here. The staff are always friendly and courteous. Also, their canned drink vending machine only charges $ .50 for every cold coke product, which is an awesome bargain! This pharmacy also offers free vitamins to children!

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for several years. However, the past 2 months that I have tried, they didn't have my medicine in stock! I ended up having to go to Park Place Pharmacy. The staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable, but I was considering switching pharmacies simply to avoid the hassle of being turned down again... On the other hand, this business does offer the option of having your meds delivered to your home, if you reside in Petal, I think that's how the rules work. This store carries so many items, it's hard not to get bored while looking at everything. Plus, they offer free calendars for the upcoming year. Ironically, they do not provide a public restroom. Finally, my favorite thing about Rodger's Pharmacy is that they sell very cold canned drinks for an amazingly low price of $0.50 each! I’ve had the best experience with the staff and Pharmacist. They have always been so nice and efficient no matter how busy it is, and some days I’ve been there it’s been wild. I wouldn’t go anywhere else even though I may get some medicine cheaper.

I am a caregiver & the lady I assist now has used them forever. I on the other hand have only used them for picking up her meds. They seem to either have lack of knowledge on some products such as replacement tips on quad canes or they didn't care if they made a sell to me. I ended up purchasing jus what I thought might be right and sure enough I have to return them because they are wrong size. Not much selection so I figured what was there on the shelf would be a standard size, they couldn't ansr that question. They have the natural higher prices than say walmart pharmacy and yet there is usually a line to wait in rather it be the drive thru or inside jus as you would have to wait anywhere else.

Going out town went to doctor 16th instead of 21st an been filling in Jackson but returned here an refused to fill on 28 Day only 30 days because I been filling I was Jackson treated me as I had a fake script went to another pharmacy an they filled this meds that help me remain sober to I have struggled an been sober since 2016 made feel like a criminal over me tring to go out town an needing meds cause can't fill out of state an doctor approved not right beening so mean to me
