Amazing place took.great Care of my baby Morrigan Éuri. She healed amazing. The nice lady who took her to the back and helped fix her up. Knew just how scared my little girl was and took amazing care of her. They were also willing to help me and work on payments with me. Was so grateful.

This was a follow up visit for my dog. He is a large breed dog and very active so he can be a handful to deal with. Dr. Crawford and the team at Petal Animal Clinic handled him with love and took good care of him. I appreciate them showing him they care about him.

We stop in occasionally to get our dog's nails trimmed. We had to take her in last week for some minor injuries. The staff was able to get us in quickly. The vet explained what they were going to do and how much it would cost. They are caring, friendly, and professional.

I was publicly disrespected and humiliated by Stacy the groomer. An appointment was made 2 weeks in advance for Samarai to have a hair cut by the staff. Stacy didn’t check her schedule until that morning and tried to call us after we had already arrived. She was visibly upset and then advised me that we had to find another groomer because it was my responsibility to know not to schedule him on a Monday. All the staff and customers just stared at while she did this. I can’t understand how someone can treat a customer that way. I don’t have access to the calendar for scheduling and I don’t feel she should have taken her frustrations out on me so publicly.

Was a great place to go to find the puppy I was looking for. The service was above and beyond but I’ve ever experienced. They really cared about placing the animal with the person who would love it the most hoping for many of years of love from this dog, the Two hours trip was definitely worth it. Thanks very much.

In the two years we have lived here and gone to Petal Animal Clinic, I have had nothing but good experiences. Wonderful people, doctors and techs clearly explain pros and cons of treatment options and cost. Can always fit us in pretty quickly. And very clean, beautiful clinic :)

When dropping off my dog they were not ready and had called the week before for the appointment. They were in contact the whole time with the treatment for my dog but when I went to pick her up the price had changed drastically. I had all of the dogs paperwork sent from another vet to show what her problem was and still charges me for an exam even though the paperwork showed the exact problem with my pet. Also the pricing on the boarding changed when picked up. Also I stated that I wanted to have my dog groomed and a good brush out because of how bad she was shedding. Needless to say when she got home there was more hair falling off than before I took her. That goes back to the day of drop off I stated I would be there at 7:30 when they opened and it was a nightmare when walking in door. One main problem is dogs walking around off leash and when I got home my dog was throwing up a yellow substance all over my floor. I have taken all my pets there but this is the last time..

The staff were all very friendly, very helpful. Had a 9 o'clock appointment and went straight back, no waiting. The tech was such a sweet person, so patient with my overanxious puppy, explained everything to us in detail, what to expect etc. Then Dr. Mosley came in, wow, my puppy knew he was nice because she went straight to the doctor, giving him kisses. The exam went fast, all good news and baby girl was in perfect health.

I lost my elderly dog a few weeks ago. Dr. Thames was so comforting and kind throughout this very tough process. The staff were so sweet and helpful. They even sent me a condolence card. I was very touched. I definitely recommend this clinic.

When my fur baby had problems riding in the car, Dr. Randall Patrolia prescribed medication so I could transport her to the clinic for her annual visit. He knew exactly what Blondee needed. She can travel now without a bad experience for her or me. The vets @ Petal Animal Clinic are the best!

The receptionist was incredibly nice and I was able to make my appointment for the next day. They offer doggy day care, purebred adoption facility, and a full service vet clinic/er. I made a mistake when picking this clinic and that is my fault but I did feel there was a lack of bedside manner during my exam especially for the amount of money that was spent on this particular day. I wanted to take my prescriptions to be filled elsewhere but I was told that wasn’t an option although Walgreens and Walmart both fill pet prescriptions. In the end my initial quote I had asked for when making the appointment had tripled mainly due to prescriptions and I only felt welcome at the clinic when I first walked in. The dog is doing much better I just don’t think this clinic was a right fit for me

This place was great. Nice and clean. Staff and vet friendly and helpful. He and his assistant was so gentle and sweet with my old girl. The service was fast. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they are a little pricey. Wish these thing would let you give half stars because they deserve at least 4 1//2.

After an initial visit, they scheduled me for a follow up. I was told the follow up wouldn't cost me anything, and they just wanted to check and make sure the medicine was working. They charged me $54 for that 'free' follow up.

My standard poodle received her first ever teeth cleaning here last week. The staff was very kind from the lady at the Hattiesburg office who scheduled the appointments to Dr. Scott and the Petal staff who took good care of my fur baby during her stay. Her teeth were visibly cleaner and she tolerated the anesthesia well which always worries pet parents. We live in Chicago and I still can’t believe how reasonable the cost was in comparison. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this practice for pet care. Chloe and I thank you!

First 2 times we took, our puppy there amazing experience. The 1st vet tech and both Veterinarians were amazing. 3rd time however, the vet tech was quite rude (different one from the first 2 visits). Pretty much telling us "our puppy needed training" Saying snide, rude comments the whole time. I was so angry. Will not be going back, unfortunately, the whole experience that time was just awful. Our puppy didn't much care for her either. And she loves people, even at 4 months old.

My family and I have used Petal Animal Clinic for years. They are always caring and patient no matter how temperamental our pets can be. Every staff member is always so sweet and knowledgeable. The groomers do an incredible job as well, but make sure to book in advance (especially around holidays) because they stay pretty busy. Highly recommend!

Update: called by manager told to be issued a refund. moved to Petal a few months ago and I was seeking a new pet care facility. Brought my pet to this clinic on Monday for the first time and everyone seemed super friendly. Brought my pet to get his shots and get his eye looked at. He was seen fairly quickly and the vet came in to talk to me about treatments. Come to realize his checkup was $69 dollars. Cool. That’s fine. Then we got pricing on the eye drops he needed along with some other charges. $332 dollars later I leave the facility. He originally went in for his shots and his eyes. He was given zero shots and two bottles of eye drops. Checked the pricing on the eye drops and they retail $35 dollars but Petal Animal Clinic charged me $83 dollars! I called back three different times on three different days to ask for a price match/refund. They told me that I have to “ASK” for a price match. The lady on the phone aimed she couldn’t help with that because the manager “wasn’t there”. Switched to Pet Hospital off Evelyn Gandy PKWY. WAYYYYY better pricing and nicer folks.

I recently decided to switch vets and I really feel like switching to PAC was the perfect choice. It was so easy to make an appointment for my girl and the lady on the phone listened to my concerns and was very helpful with any of the questions I had. The staff is amazing and they were so patient and caring toward my girl and they did an amazing job at keeping her as calm as possible. I would definitely recommend trusting PAC to care for your fur baby’s!

So on Monday, I bring my dog to this vet since the one I usually is in another county, my dog was really sick and needed help, instead of antibiotics, we were told surgery was the answer for our dog. The cost was outrageous high, I felt like my husband wasn't told any options but when it was my decision which killed me was to get our dog the treatment, I was told, surgery monthly payments, euthanasia, or put it up for adoption, well with a heavy heart, I decided to put it up for adoption not for selfish reasons but because the dog deserved a chance. I couldn't bear to euthanasia a dog that could be saved but I couldn't pay for the treatment. I cried so much because my family loves this dog. I told my dog that someone else will make sure that it is given a great home and fun with kids and I love it and would miss it. My husband and I are grateful that our dog was saved by someone who we hope would take care of it and love it and know that we did the right thing by putting our dog up for adoption than to end the life of an innocent sweetheart. Whoever adopted her thank you so much for saving her, we all miss Lucky so much and hope she has a speedy recovery.

All the doctors are Amazing. My fur just had 11 pups and I chose to get their due claws removed and their tails docked. No problems at all.I am always treated like I'm the only one there.I am a dog groomer and I recommend them all the time to my clients. I know they will give your babies the best.
