I was so happy with our first experience at Happy Hounds! We went out of town for our wedding and unfortunately couldn't take our 7 month old goldendoodle with us. But you can tell from the photos, he was in great hands. I so appreciated the daily updates and photos of our sweet boy. Hank will be staying with them again soon while we're on our honeymoon and I'm sure he will have a blast!

We boarded our babies here while we were on a cruise a couple of weeks ago. It was Aspen’s (small one) second time here. Ripp had never been boarded before so I was nervous. I was able to request for them to stay in a kennel together as well as go out for play time together & that definitely made me feel more at ease. I got pictures every day & updates about how they were doing. Ripp can be rambunctious & Aspen is usually a super nervous dog. But it seems to me that they felt super comfy with the Happy Hounds team & we will definitely be using them again!

We take our husky mix, Bailey, here!! She can be nervous around new people but is excited to go to Happy Hounds. They send us pictures every day showing us how happy she is there. The facility is extremely clean and the pups are very well taken care of at Happy Hounds. We could not recommend this place more!!

I can't say enough good things about Happy Hounds. They take such good care of our pup when we're away and it gives us the ultimate peace of mind knowing that he is being loved! The daily text messages with a picture and an update are one of our favorite parts of our vacation.

Best boarding and doggie day care in Petal and Hattiesburg!! They send pictures morning and evening for updates. One of our pups had an upset tummy and they immediately texted asking if they could give him something to settle it. I LOVE Happy Hounds! My dogs won’t stay anywhere but here!

I am very picky who is around my fur baby. I had a last-minute trip and my baby was not even a year old yet. I searched and looked at reviews as well as recommendations. He was excited when he met Alyssa and she took his excited tail right on in. It made me happy that he was willing to stay. The first day there in September 2021 I recieved pictures twice a day for the 5 days I was gone. When I got there he was cleaned because I had requested an exit bath, and, he was happy. I have taken him a couple more times since then, and he gets so excited as we turn down the long driveway before he even see the building he knows where he’s going! Then he gets super excited jumping around in the car ready to go inside. As soon as I open the car door, he runs to the door to get in. The time before last that he was there he began to have itchy paws and she had messaged me concerned after that we visited the vet and found out he had allergies. She messaged and checked on my baby a few weeks later. We will always use Happy Hounds!

We had a great experience with Happy Hounds. Very neat and clean place. This was the first time we've boarded our dog here and it probably won't be the last. We loved how they sent us pictures of him every day letting us know how he was!

Our dog loves to play with people and with other dogs. He was a little hesitant when we arrived the first time. But they sent pictures later and he was clearly having fun! The second time we took him, he ran up to the door and couldn't wait to get in!

I took my girl Joy to be boarded post-spay while my daughter was in the hospital. Happy Hounds noticed her incision rapidly becoming infected and kept me in the loop while they took her to our clinic 30 mins away to be checked out. They were so compassionate and communicative, I'll never board somewhere else!

Sometimes you just love a business. This is one of them. We choose Happy Hounds because our beloved “worst therapy dog ever” actually enjoys being dropped off there. She is free to go inside and outside through a controlled area. The staff is very friendly and sends us daily pictures.

I'm so thankful I found this business! When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how clean the area and office were! The girl who greeted me was super sweet! The employees made sure they let me know daily how Kirby was AND sent me pics of him.... talk about assurance!When I went to pick him up, he was freshly bathed and all cleaned up. I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend Happy Hounds! 🙂

I absolutely love this place. My baby girl is 6 months old and had to stay for 4 days and she seemed to have a blast. She even looked like she was smiling in a few pictures they sent me. I love how they send pictures and updates on her everyday and answered every question I had. The only negative I would say that needs to be worked on is answering phone calls they never once answered a phone call but they did message me back on Facebook. Other than that I was very happy with them. Will definitely be sending her back if I need to go somewhere without her.
